“Verry beautiful hotel ,room clean every day change towels, lots of activities for kids ,about food it’s a lot of variety but they can improve, about drinks the same I would say they need a place with imported drinks but with limit should be good”

“We arrived to a lovely warm welcome from Valentina herself. She is a very friendly and warm lady. She works long hours and always so positive. Very helpful person as are her lovely family. There were really beautiful views of the mountains from the apartments.It is a peaceful place in the countryside , you can only hear the sounds of cicadas in the olive groves. The Balcony could really benefit from an umbrella or awning as we found it way too hot to sit on unfortunately. Apartment are clean, basic, dated and small, a little cramped for 4 people (3 adults & 1 teen) more suited to two people- one small double bed in bedroom plus two single beds in the kitchen area. The air conditioning in july is essential (costs €6 per day) . Pool area is very pretty and clean with nice bar , good food and comfy sun longers plus it gets a lovely well needed breeze in this area. Pool can sometimes be busy at weekends with locals but quiet during the week. Always enough sunbeds for everyone It's very handy to have a little shop with all the essentials on site. It's not any more expensive that any of the shops in the centre. Generally it is calm, quiet, family friendly apartments best suited to small families and couples. Downside, Mosquitos tortured us. Nothing worked to stop them. It's a walk to the beach and restaurants. Due to the heat and no paths, we got many taxis , 10 euro each way. Room was too small for us.”

“The hotel was under construction, this was not mentioned, there was only 3 pools open, and all the pools were very cold around 28 degrees, there was not enough sunbeds and you was expected to tip to get a sunbed and even then it was not guaranteed depending on the mood of the person, during the stay there was a massive fire opposite our room and we was stuck on the 6th floor and there was no fire alarm, just a lot of people screaming, and when we opened the door to the hallway we was engulfed by smoke and our eyes and nose started to burn and we had to feel our way through the stairs, there was no help from staff and the fire people came a little late, if it wasn’t for my wife I and my son wouldn’t have woke up.”

“Only had one issue but it was an important one. Our contact details as stored on Love holidays were not passed on to the accommodation ( or so we were told) . As a result we were not advised beforehand that it was not a ‘manned’ reception. This caused unnecessary stress as we did not know how to gain entry after arrival. This meant we had make a telephone call to the accommodation and give our contact details for them to send a video of how to gain entry to the unmanned reception area and the 2 further codes for the key box and left luggage. A very unnecessary stressful start. However the accommodation and location were both very good. The accomodation was spacious and clean with lots of restaurants, cafes etc nearby. Location was fairly central and within walking distance of all the areas we wanted to visit.”

“Great value for money, many and flexible payment options, choice of a preferred flight (did incur different prices) great options on hotels and types of board, everything was well communicated from start to finish. We are already planning on booking our next holiday in other Love Holidays”
