“On the whole a positive experience with Love Holidays. However, be warned that if there is a delay in your flight then the transfer will not be changed to a later time and you get no refund - the advice was to fight the airline for the transfer refund! We were a family of 4 who had booked a private transfer for the convenience of jumping straight into a car to the hotel. What we were left with was a delayed flight, no private transfer, trying to navigate getting a taxi to our hotel in a country where we didn't speak the language - not a good start to a holiday.”
