“I’m almost 62 and have been using Rodan & fields for about 3 years. I just received my first shipment of Saranghae two days ago. I know it sounds crazy but I can already feel and see a difference in my skin. It seems to literally be drinking up this product. No oiliness or left over sitting on top of my skin either. I’m amazed and looking forward to the long term improvement.”

“Yes this is the best cream I have ever used. I don't use anything else. This cream has made my skin flawless and so soft. I use it all over my face and neck! It smells so nice and I can feel it working on my skin! I can't say enough but this is truly doing what it says. Heals, regenerates and makes you say "WOW' it is what every company strives for and I have tried many, but this cream is outstanding and I just am so happy to have finally found Saranghae!”

“I love the charcoal mask! Last night I used the charcoal mask and then the moisturizing mask. I fell asleep for over an hour with the second mask. My skin feels so good today!”

“I am 63 and have had wonderful results in 8 weeks! My skintone is more even and sort of radiant, so much so that I hate wearing any foundation heavier than a light BB cream. Also, I have sensitive skin prone to hives in cold weather and dry indoor heat. My skin is so hydrated now that I rarely get a hive. I haven’t wanted to touch all the skincare samples I receive from Ipsy because I don’t want to interrupt my Saranghae routine. Just ordered the charcoal mask today and can’t wait to try!”

“The skin care package gave me acne and it is questionable whether or not this company is legit. There are several reddit threads that question the legitimacy of the award claims and whether or not this is a real Korean Beauty company.”

Hi Anna, we appreciate you reaching out to us. First of all, we're very concerned regarding your experience with Saranghae. This is the first time we've ever received feedback that our product has produced acneic reaction, but of course, we take it very seriously. We've looked at your email address and couldn't find your customer record, if you could email customercare@lovesaranghae.com we'd be glad to fully refund your purchase. We'd also love to get some further information on what exactly happened with your skin so that we can investigate further. In response to the statement thta we are not a Korean Beauty company - Anna, we have 3 ISO certified manufacturing facilities and 2 state of the art R/D facilities in Seoul and Busan South Korea. Our North American headquarters are in Canada, our warehouse is California and our Customer experience facility is in Dallas, Texas (to better serve our North American customers with local reps). We find that many of these posts on reddit are completely untrue, and we believe some of them have been initiated by competitors to spread rumours. Of course reddit is anonymous and anyone who knows reddit threads know that they are filled mostly with online trolls that have journalistic integrity whatsoever. We currently have over 100K happy, engaged and passionate customers, our customer service is world class and our products are considered by many the best they've ever tried. “I’ve been using the 5 step system for a little over a week and I LOVE it!! I’m a sucker for packaging and it arrived in a beautiful box with tissue paper 🤗 after just one use, my skin felt softer and more moisturized! I’ve already been getting compliments! Love love love!”

“I also was skeptical. I’ve been using for 6 months and my skin really does look beautiful. Diminished wrinkles, more firmness and clarity. I wear much less foundation now and even have received compliments on my skin. I’m in my 50s w skin that’s normal to oily. It took a few months to see results - but I’m sold!”

“Rodan & Fields is really stinky on your face. And then you go lay down on your pillow and your pillow smells like the nasty lotions and stuff. This skin care line is truly amazing! My skin is extremely sensitive and I break out extremely fast and easy trying anything new. I did not have to worry with this I had no side effects”

“This is probably the best product I’ve ever used. I’m 51 going on 52 and the wrinkles and lines on my four head or all but gone. The 11 sign right above your nose between your eyes again gone. Can’t wait to see myself in another couple weeks. Thank you Saranghae your products are amazing!!”

“Saranghea is the first product that I not only see results from, but also because of the amazing results, I actually remember to use it day and night without fail. This is huge! Nothing has given me enough reason to remember to take care of myself in such a way. For once after a long day of caring for others, I'm actually eager to follow the 5 steps and take care of myself. My sensitive, oily, acne prone, aging skin is becoming soft, balanced, bright and more elastic than I can ever remember. I'm going to be purchasing Saranghea 5 Step System for the rest of my life!”
