“As most of the people here on this review site have already mentionned, the products are super duper. But I give 10/10 for their customer service, especially Leslie. Over and above what I would have expected. Great work and thank you, love the products and I just bought some stocking a whole bunch of stocking stuffers. My family will love them!”

“Sandra, thanks so much for checking in with me regarding my purchase. All I can say is SARANGHAE IS THE MOST AMAZING PRODUCT(S) I'VE EVER USED ON MY FACE!!! I bought the 5 step package and from day 1 (after morning and night usage) I noticed an incredible difference in my skin... softer for one. As the days have gone on, I couldn't be happier. My skin is indeed softer; has a more even tone; visible reduction in pore size; and definitely wrinkle softening/reduction. Family and friends have said my skin "glows". As you might notice by my review so far, I LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS. I'm 53 years old (shhh!) and was more than fortunate to be born with good skin (I inherited excellent genes from BOTH of my parents :))) However, after many years of using "everything" on the market (from $ to $$$ products), I just wasn't happy with my last 4-year routine (SkinMedica and Neutrogena products, mainly). So I thought I'd give Saranghae a shot... after all, Korean women DO seem to have some of the most beautiful skin in the world! Well, I'm thrilled to say I look 43 again (as opposed to 48) :smile:, and I still don't think my skin has reached its full potential by continuing with your products. Thank you, thank you to the woman who made this line available to the general public. As you can see, I can't say enough! Ok, maybe I HAVE said enough... but you get the picture! I love Saranghae (and it loves me back :heart:)”

“I don't usually leave reviews but the Saranghae team has been so helpful I'm paying it forward. My wanted to get my wife something for her anniversary and what do you give someone who has everything? I over heard my sister talking about your brand so I called the number and started asking questions....at this point quite sceptical. Lesley from customer service spent 20 minutes on the phone and discussed her issues, her skin types, how to use etc... He didnt' pressure me to buy, he just helped. I then took that info to Nordstrom to see if I could compare. First of all, the sales clerk at Nordstrom didn't know anything, just wanted to me buy, and a comparable system to Saranghae cost 3 times more! To make matters even more interesting, at the end I told the lady about Saranghae and she actually said "Yeah, I personally get asked about Saranghae alot, to be honest with you, I think you should go with Saranghae, they have their sh*t together". I was surprised she admited it but I did appreciate her honesty. That was 3 months ago and my wife absolutely LOVE the products. Her favorites - the cleanser, the cream and the serum. I hope this review helps you guys and anyone else who is thinking about trying Saranghae. Great products, great service, world class brand!”

“I am totally in love with Saranghae. The 5 step system is perfect for my skin. The customer service is great too, they answer all of my questions and they're really knowledgeable. I would say the best experience with a company I've ever dealth with.”

“Best products I've ever used. Not kidding. My skin actually looks 10 years younger. But I really love the customer service. UPS destroyed my last delivery (I actually saw a shoe print on my package grrrrr) but Sandra from customer service had another out to me within hours. Keep it up Saranghae team you have a customer here for life.”

“I LOVE YOU! I'm 63 years old and I hve great genes and eat nutritious foods. I bought this system because I ran out of my regular products and I was curious. I have to say my skin does look much softer and it's helped with dry spots on my forehead. LOVE the feel of these products on my face and neck! So sweet!”

“My lovely sister Nancy Cha bought me the Complete 5 Step kit about 2 months ago. I absolutely love it. It made such a difference on my skin. My whole life I never used anything on my face besides water and a little bit of make up remover cloth. For the past couple of years, my face was looking dead tired, dark circles, sun spots and so on. Let's just say it was not healthy looking due to stress. But since I have been using Saranghae my fiance notied a big difference the day after. He said my skin was brighter and healthier. THank you to my sister Nancy for the gift and thank you to you Saranghae!”

“I had called in a panic realizing that my products are almost finished and that I will not receive my reorder on time before my travels to Ireland next week. On top of that, I had also forgotten to include the mud mask in my order. Lesley answered the call and went above and beyond in attempts to resolve my issue. He has alerted the teams necessary and included the mud mask to my order. I truly hope I will receive them on time as I cannot imagine leaving home without my saranghae products! Because of Lesley's concerted efforts, his passion for what he does and the company he works for, I am now a loyal subscriber to Saranghae. Yes he absolutely convinced me! I loved your products before but never purchased a subscription. The phenomenal service experience sealed the deal. Congratulations on an amazing product and equally amazing team!”

“I got the full Saranghae Complete 5 step bundle and I tell you being a mother of 4 with my youngest being a newborn daughter, I get like zero sleep and these products make me feel and look like I get a full 8 hours of sleep a night, and the eye cream really helps with my crows feet around the eyes. I've been using the products form about 3 weeks now and love the way my skin feels and looks :) I'm going to continue using it - it is now my daily routine! :)”

“I tried Sulwahsoo last year and liked it alot. My friend recommended Saranghae, tried it for the first time 3 weeks ago. I like Saranghae much more, in fact, probably the best brand I've ever tried. I recommend going with the full experience, the full 5 step system because they really do work well together. I give Saranghae a 10!”

“I'm 37 years old and I have been into skin care since 18. I've tried the cheap stuff and the high end stuff. And I can truly tell you that saranghae is amazing. I can notice just from using it for the first time how much more hydrated my skin feels and much softer also. I have sensitive skin and I haven't broken out at all, and when your face is much more hydrated your make up will go on even better. And you have nothing to lose, you have 30 days to try if you don't like it and you will get a full refund. Their customer service is unlike any other, every time I'm worried that I'm not applying something correctly, they always answer my questions almost immediately. You can just purchase one time and then join the membership if you like it, that's what I did but after this supply runs out I'm going to join the membership since you get better discounts. I'm obsessed with this brand!”

“I bought this and have been using it twice a day since Wednesday so this is Day 4 but my face feels absolutely amazing, and the mask is wonderful. I like that fact that it's not a mask in a jar but an actual mask you put on your face and after you take it off you still have all the ingredients on your face so it keeps working. I cannot wait until I have been using it for 30 to 60 days and the results!!!”

“So after 18 days of continuous use 2x daily here are my results. Full disclosure: I'm almost 50 years old and have normal to dry skin. Pros: Extremely moisturizing. Works well with w/mia2, reduced the "crepey" fine lines under my eyes within 2 weeks, improved my overall skin tone. Very good price point for the amount of products you receive in the system. Cons: Heavy botanical scent w/perhaps sandalwood? Thankfully it fades within minutes. The face mask leave a sticky, tactile sensation for hours unless to wash or sleep it off. The mask, essence, eye cream and the firm and lift don't mix all that well with any cushion foundation that contains SPF. I tried using brush and blender to no avail. However it worked beautifully under make up that has zero SPF. It could be Saranghae, it could be the SPF I don't know but something that they could improve on since SPF is high on my list. Loved the cleanser, eye cream, essence and firm and lift regeneration cream, especially as part of my nightly regimen. It's wonderfully calming, my skin feels nourished and renewed the next day. Hard pass on the essence masks due to stickiness. That's my 2 cents ladies, hope it helps.”
