I have been a Lowes customer for as long as I can remember. Have always enjoyed spending my money in my local community. I try to help businesses stay in my community so I shop equally between Lowes and Home Depot. So I was saddened to hear that you are canceling your DEI program. And Because of that I can no longer shop and spend my money at a company that doesn't believe in promoting equal opportunities for minorities. Was planning on spending about 10,000 just this Spring and summer. Now that money will all go to Home Depot. It's really too bad because I really enjoy shopping at Lowes but I have to feel comfortable that my money is helping to make my community better where jobs and opportunities are equal and available.

My mom has three charges on her debit card that Lowe’s refuses to reimburse her since they have already been paid. We reside in Colorado. The three charges are for Lowe’s: 149 in Everett, WA 1540 in Citrus Heights, CA 1087 in Folsom, CA The Corporate gave us the phone numbers to the three stores mentioned above since my mom was requesting for the addresses of who possibly used her debit card. The store manage for #149 suggested to call the police department to file a fraud complaint. I would like to commend this manager. Her employee was saying we would need to call Synchrony Bank to report the fraud. We asked why since apparently he wasn’t listening very well. During that time she told him that she already contacted her bank and corporate. We did call our police department make the complaint. Because they’re busy with emergency calls, she gave us the police website and where to go to in order to file a fraud complaint.

I was shopping for a washer dryer 3 times the washer was delivered 1 st time was the stackable washer dryer With 220 electric Cord my home is 110 2nd they un boxed the stackable The entire top was smashed in 3rd time another unit was delivered And installed the delivery driver's Didn't installed the silver dryer vent hose they used the old one And never refunded my money for the new hose and clamps They told me the credited my cc Which wasn't true For the grand finali they wrecked my wooden stairs in my home. Lowes in Flemington nj Awful 😖

Went back to Lowe’s to talk with salesman, explained my minor issue with stove drawer rail not attached after they delivered and installed. Tyler Asst Manager said I’d need to purchasing another stove to fix my issue. Thanks Mike for your help!!

I purchased a LG stackable washer/dryer. It was delivered and the delivery people needed to attach a longer hose to connect for the dryer vent. And then they pushed the unit in close to the wall. However, in doing that they squished the hose. And then I started getting D80 errors on the dryer which meant the dryer was not venting properly - fire hazard. I had my son pull out the unit and he found a hole in the vent. I called Lowe's who kept wanting to refer me to LG. This is an installation issue and just because I'm a few days outside of their 30 day boundary should not be upheld. Lowe's just wants to give a refund on the hose. But how am I supposed to disconnect the hose and have a new hose installed? This must be on Lowe's to correct.

Terrible hiring process,nobody answers the phone intentionally drops calls when I get transfer to HR.waited 45 mins and the hiring manager went on break.came back the next week and gave me the shortest interview of my life.would not recommend them to anybody.

Lowe's is the epitome of horrible customer service. Waited almost 2 months for a door and then when the door arrived they didn't bother to cover it for delivery. They initially quoted me one price to install the door, then tried to double the price. Hope I never have to utilize any of their services ever again!

Needed romex 12-2g electrical wire. I found it but locked up in cage. I understand, people are stealing it. I contacted employee to open cage she said she would call someone, no one ever came. Went on Amazon and found the same wire cheaper and delivered to my house the next morning. Which one would you use? Da

Why is Bruce manger of flooring. The girl order my tiles for floor I wanted extra so got 3 extra and is one short came back they show it in stock but both of them to lazy to find it or remove it from the display. Both said go to tilton because they are more organized. So what are you paying him for?

Wanted to report on an amazing team who delivered and set up my new refrigerator in December.Manuel and Maldonado were amazing. In November I had a refrigerator delivered and the team took it back claiming that it could get through the door. The interaction left much to be desired. The refrigerator was taken back to the warehouse. I went back to the store and the representative Trinity confirmed the measurements and requested that the item be sent out with another delivery team at her suggestion .Manuel and Maldonado were very professional, knew how to retract the shipping brackets, got the refrigerator in the house and made me extremely happy. I would like the two agents to be acknowledged and appreciated by their company as well as Lowes for most outstanding customer service. Thank

Terrible Corporate rules and regulations! I will never purchase from Lowe’s at any location. Home Depot is a better informed place to purchase your home needs !! And they don’t expect you to read a book on there credit regulations . Lowe’s go train at Home Depot !

We had a refrigerator delivered before Christmas. When the guys got to our home to bring the fridge in, they realized it was not going to fit through the door, I told them they would probably have to remove the doors, of course they did not want to do that. They wanted to bring it through the front door, all the way through the living room. I had to move everything in my foyer (while they stood there) so that they could get it through. They were angry because once they got it in the front door, it would not go through the door to get in the kitchen so they had to remove the doors and bottom piece (I had already told them they would have to remove the doors) they finally get it in the kitchen, they call me in to look at it once it was together. I was like, well this is a nice fridge but its not mine!! They had unloaded the wrong one off the truck, it was not the one I ordered. After they get that one out and start to bring mine in, the one guy knocked over a vintage stereo speaker and splits in from top to bottom, he simply says "sorry" REALLY? They get the fridge in, they are constantly saying they thought it was going to be an early day for them.. Not my fault that they unloaded the wrong one! I have filed a claim with Lowes for the speaker but have heard NOTHING! Everytime I call, I am placed on hold then hung up on from the "claims department" DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LOWES!

we bought a $200 kitchen faucet from the lowe’s on I35. when the plumber came to install it a part was missing. He said it looked like the box had been repackaged. my husband goes back to the store to exchange it. he wanted to check to make sure the part was in there. they said he had to pay for it first and then he could open it. that’s what he did. opened it in front of them and the part was missing. he went to get another one from the shelf and again he was told he couldn’t open it unless he paid for it. Stupid rule!! they had to process an exchange of the item so he could open the next box. Same thing!! part was missing. at this point my husband said forget it. he returned it and told them he was going to Home Depot. he even spoke with a manager and she told him there was nothing she could do. he said so you’re just going to sell a defective product? 3 boxes are missing the same part. she said you can always order it from Delta. Again, Stupid!! We will never go to Lowe’s again. By the way, he couldn’t find anyone around to help him with getting the faucet from the top shelves. he finally had to set off the sensor on one of the boxes and that’s how he got someone to help him. bad experience all the way around.

Purchased a refrigerator from them...mistake..big mistake. Delivery was a nightmare, damaged my countertop bringing it into my kitchen. They claimed they couldn't hook it up because I had the wrong water valve. Had to call a plumber who said everything looked fine and he couldn't understand what their problem was. Had them return and explained what the plumber had said and they went ahead and hooked it up....???? Guess they didn't wanna work the day they first came out....I'm still shaking my head over that one. Anyway after a million phone calls or what seemed like a million and being transferred to each and every person that worked for the company, I had a claim filed for the damage and the inconvenience of multiple attempts at delivery and my out of pocket for a plumber that was never needed. Just heard yesterday by certified mail that my claim had been denied. I will never shop at Lowe's again. They are the most underhanded and horrible company I've ever had to deal with. I hope they know how much money they've lost...I'm in the process of remodeling my childhood home and they won't be seeing me or any of my contractors....their lose. Please be warned folks...please be warned.

I purchased 2 pre-hung doors ($240) from Lowes as part of a $3000 basement refinish order. When it came time to install them a few months after purchasing I found I ordered the wrong size. I contacted Lowes customer service to find out if I would be able to exchange them for the correct size and was informed that they would not exchange them because the purchase was over 90 days old. I explained the doors were still current merchandise listed on their website, that they were in original as purchased condition with all wrapping and papers still attached and was still refused. I asked to speak to the store manager and he told me and I quote, "absolutely not". I explained to him all we wanted to do was exchange the doors for the correct size. I also told him this was part or a large original order and that we spend a lot of money in Lowes including a $2000 stove just last week. He replied "no matter how much I spend it makes no difference". Well it will make a difference now because I will not step foot in a Lowes again! Any company that would alienate a good customer over a simple exchange for current merchandise, regardless of time, does not deserve any ones business. I speak from experience as I was a merchandise manager for both Sears and J. C. Penney Co. for years. It would NEVER have happened there at those companies and any store manager that spoke to a customer like this one did would no longer have a job!

Do not EVER order an special orders from Lowe's. They take your money and then take much, much longer to get the product in. If they say 6 weeks, bet it will be 12 weeks. Use the local guy.

Lowe’s is a reputable company, but Lowe’s Protection Plan is a horrible and unresponsible plan. Their working pattern is to give policyholders hard time, shirk responsibility, or delay the process, deny, refuse or assign an irresponsible company to carry out repairs, ultimately causing the policyholders to give up because they cannot bear the complicated procedures over and over again. I went through the painful experience of filing eight claims in two months to repair my refrigerator. They assigned 4 different companies to repair, I got several denies, refiled claims, and complicated procedures over and over again, the refrigerator still not be fixed up to today. We suffered every day without a refrigerator for almost two months, but we don’t want to give up. Although we don’t want to damage Lowe’s reputation, my attorney and I will file a lawsuit if Lowe’s continue this way.

Lowes credit card! They have raised their interest rate up so high with everyones credit cards. There's only a $1,000 on my card. Was $42 a month in interest I will now have to pay $84. Looks like I am going to have to start shopping some place elsewhere!
