If I could give this a 0 star I would. Almost a month ago we had a Lowes sales person out at the house and we signed two contracts for replacing windows. One was for the house and the other for a large shop. Delivery time came and only the windows for the house were delivered and nothing for the shop. After multiple calls and emails asking for help with the shop windows, nothing. No return call, no email....nothing. After finally finding somebody who could help me, we are told that they can't do the shop. This is AFTER somebody came out and measured them and after contracts were signed. Had I been told a month ago that they could only do the house, I would have cancelled the whole installation to find somebody who could do both. Now....I have the new house windows in my garage ready for installation tomorrow and nothing for my shop. The shop was my top priority at the time so to say I am not pleased is an understatement.

Very unhappy with return policy. Bought over $3000 to remodel bathroom. Went to return light that was a in stock unit and told because it was out of the 90 day return window Lowes would not take it back. I ask for a store credit and was told Lowes does not offer. Doing this remodel we also bought Home Depot and Menards. Return items to Menards that were out of there 90 day return policy and was issued store credit. Needless to say I won't be shopping at Lowes again.

Terrible delivery service. Purchased 5k worth of appliances, and can't get a working fridge. We are on our 3rd fridge delivery. The delivery person said " it's your problem now" after delivering a fridge that would not stop beeping because they carried it in by door (watched via door cam) and the sensor kept going off due to the door alignment being off because of damage! 2nd fridge delivered with dent in door. Waited 30 minutes on hold for manager and no answer.

Purchased patio chairs, two years ago, file a claim for them resting and falling apart, and they will not replace. I have been fighting with them for over a year and a half. I send them all the proof it was under warranty and they do not want to back it up.

If you want a good experience in the great state of oklahoma, ONLY go to the lowes on 2nd and Bryant. I have had issues with all the rest and they completely treated me like a number and 2nd and Bryant had to fix the errors of the lowes on memorial.

Lowe's took away my ability to track all my store purchases for the year. I used to have a card that they scanned at checkout. They said they did away with that and use my phone number instead. I spend a lot of money each year at Lowes. I tried to log on into my Lowes account and it doesn't exist anymore. I called customer service and they can't help me. Its gone. Ive had the same account since 2008 and this is 2025. Gone.. can't print out all my purchases for the year. I need a resolution or i'm switching to Home Depot and Menards. Lowes done messed up.

I ordered a dishwasher last Saturday which was supposed to be delivered Thursday. The dishwasher was in stock when I ordered. At 10:00 Thursday morning I got a call that they did not have my dishwasher; however, I received an email while I was on the phone which said they did have the dishwasher and to call the installer who tried to pick it up at the wrong store. An hour later, I got a call from Lowe’s saying they did not have the dishwasher, nor did they know when they would ever get one. I canceled the order and will never trust Lowe’s with my appliance business again.

I think the customer service is horrible and I think the delivery guys are even more horrible when they delivered my refrigerator. They left all the stuff on the refrigerator for me to peel it off only because it was the last delivery and they didn’t wanna be bothered second this is that was the second refrigerator I ordered. I had to wait a week and a half for the new one because the first one I received wasn’t working so I had to leave all my food in the garbage and throw it out because I had no refrigerator because I gave them my refrigerator. And when I called about it, they said there was nothing they can do about it so your service sucks and everything about it sucks and I won’t be shopping in your store anymore.

On January 27, I bought a Maytag washing machine from Lowe's in Hudson, MA. It was delivered with large dents and scratches throughout. It does not operate at all. I called the store where it was purchased and was told that they could not help me because I was required to contact them with my complaint within 48 hours of the purchase. The price was $621.54 of which I paid $400.00 in cash and $221.54 on my debit card. No one discussed with me nor was the issue of a defective product and its return policy raised during the time of the purchase. This is not the product I purchased and defects are due to the seller. Their return policy is a scam and so is their sale of defective goods.. Looking online regarding complaints against Lowe's, the delivery of faulty, damaged and defective goods is frequent and the response is always the same requiring notice within 48 for the seller's fault.

I bought washer and dryer stacked. The sales person told me I needed 2 cords and the one that I didn’t need I could return. After bringing the appliance into the house they tell me I need to use an extension cord to use it and have to have an electrician put in the right voltage. At 80 years old I wish they would have told me to check to see what kind of voltage I had. I didn’t think an electrical extension was a good idea. I feel sales people should be more informed of what u need.

Bad Review for Lowe’s: I bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s, and it was delivered to my house damaged, with a crack and a dent on the door. When I called Lowe’s, they told me I only had 48 hours to report any issues and that they were not responsible for the damage. Instead of helping, they referred me to the manufacturer, who is now taking two more weeks just to determine if they can fix it under their warranty. This is completely unacceptable! Lowe’s should take responsibility for the products they sell, especially when they arrive in poor condition. If you’re considering buying appliances from them, think twice! They don’t stand behind their products, and their customer service is terrible. I will not be shopping at Lowe’s again! Don’t buy any appliances at Lowe’s

Lowes treats their employees horrible. They change your schedule and not tell you. When you are scheduled for certain hours they tell you to leave early. The depts look horrible, customer service is awful. I can only assume this is the cause of poor management.

It looks like I am not the only one with a terrible experience with Lowe’s. Long story short we ordered a patio door in July. After several delays got a door delivered in November. Wrong size. Reordered. Several delays again. January rolls around still no door. We canceled the order because if I hand a business $5000+ I expect quality and timeliness. When we went to cancel, we were given the round around. The manager Kat lied to me about getting a refund. We had to call the credit card company directly to get our money back. Absolutely unacceptable. It is now the end of February and we are just now receiving a check to refund the cost from Lowe’s (which Kat told me they could not do). We will never use Lowe’s contractor services ever again for anything and will make sure to pass on the information wherever I can. Worst experience ever!

The person answering the phone for a construction order, knew nothing about construction. The order was wrong. I spent 3 hours at the store helping to fix my order. They were out of some products that earlier (3 hours)on the phone they supposedly had in stock.

Never again with Lowes Horrible "corporate customer service". I placed an online order for vertical blinds. I requested length of 96 1/2. They came in at 95. The "customer service" told me they couldn't do anything and I could return them to the store. Like i have a vehicle to accommodate the size of the boxes. When I asked the representative for a solution she said I could call the manufacturer. I asked her to call with me and she said that would take too much of her time!!!! I asked for a manager and after holding for a long time got one who told me the same thing but did offer to schedule a pick up for the product return. I asked for her boss and she said there wasn't one. asked for the corporate escalations and guess what? isn't one. Tried locating a way to get to corporate escalations or even email, can't find it. Called manufacturer Levolor, they were awesome! within 8 minutes they apologized and are sending me the corrected product and don't want the incorrect product back as they don't want to inconvenience me further. Perhaps Lowes can get some customer service training from Levolor.
