After being a long term general customer which also includes ordering flooring, blinds, and a custom countertop, we used them to replace our old wood deck with a composite structure to the tune of $14k. Basic rectangular ground level deck. Took builder 7 days to remove and install a 12x16' deck. There were a lot of materials left, roughly $500 worth. Builder said he would take with him, we could keep, or send back to Lowe's. Called Lowe's and they offered to send a truck with skid loader and once returned they would credit us back. Truck picked up material but no contact after. Now store and corporate states we don't pay for the material but rather for a package and won't refund anything. How can you pay for a package without the material.? Why would we send, for free, $500 worth of material back to them? Lowe's said they automatically order extra material so beware, you are paying for material that won't be used!! Lowe's competition accepts returns and credits back. Lowe's has lost a long time customer!!!

Lowes no longer gives veterans the 10 % discount on lumber and appliances. I guess this is their way of showing their appreciation for the sacrifices our veterans give to our country. i tried using their chat line to see why the discount wasn't applied. While I was on the chat waiting for an answer I called the 800 # and found this out. I returned to the chat line and told him he should have been able to handle my issue. If he is working from home and can't do his job there he will be back in the office or unemployed

Horrific experience purchasing faucets, light fixtures, and installation. Cancelled installs and never received a refund after repeated calls to customer service. Lowes continues to debit my account THREE weeks after installation. Stay away and do not ever let them have your financial information!

GE Profile Dishwasher with Lowes Protection Plus. Eight repair visits and dishwasher still broke. Lowes refuses to buy back per warranty three visits and we buy back. Lowes Protection Plus is a fraud! Lowes store 0709 4708 Portsmouth BLVD. Chesapeake, VA 23321 Manager Chad useless

Do not order from Lowe's. I just bought a house I changed the address the billing address the delivery address everything but for some reason they had my old address and the stupid FedEx driver actually delivered my package to a property no one lives at with grass all the way up to your windows of your car and they will not refund me or give me another product they just said oh well that is Lowe's for you they definitely are not Amazon or anyone else who would appreciate a good customer

SPENT 2000 ON A WASHER AND DRYER. THE DRYER ARIVED IN A BOX. THE WASHER WAS VISIBLY DAMAGED , USED AND OUT OF BOX. THE DELIVERY DRIVER TRIED TO SAY THE INSTALLED IT AT THE WRONG HOUSE AND HAD TO GO GET IT AND BRING IT TO US. I DENIED THE WASHER. LOWES STATES WASHER WAS DELIVERED DUE TO THE DELIVERY COMPANY WHO WORKS FOR LOWES INPUTTING WRONG INFORMATION OR STEALING. YOU DECIDE. AFTER CALLIN LOWES THEY SENT ME TO DELIVERY COMPANY. DELIVERY COMPANY WAS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND CURSED ME FOR BEING UPSET. I HAVE STARTED FILLING OUT POLICE REPORT ON STOLEN WASHER. DECLINED WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND I AM RETURNING DRYER DO TO THESE ISSUES. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP WITH LOWES IF YOU ARE EXPECTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A SPEEDY NO ISSUE DELIVERY.

Do not buy anything from this company. Their customer service is horrendous! Ordered a refrigerator to be delivered and they never showed up! Took 4 hours on hold to get to a person. They never did deliver it! I would never do business with Lowes again!

I bought an item at Lowe's on line using a gift card. I decided not to purchase that item and canceled my purchase. Checking my gift card, now has a zero balance. Lowe's took my gift card and I have nothing in return. I learned my lesson. Shop Amazon or Home Depot.

damn shame how Rocquelle H. and Lavonia C. Bailey from Lowe's Executive Customer Relations has done nothing but LIE AND LIE to me over and over again sine july 15 Rocquelle H. promised me earlier today that she called the local store and spoke to a manager and that i will be getting a call today to schedule my delivery well its 6:30 pm now and no call she just LIED again this has been going on since july 5 2022 so now im report yall to the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE in my state and yalls. damn shame how yall treat good returning customers. oh and Lavonia C. Bailey is NOT returning my call i wonder why.

Bought freezer 1st delivery was wrong brand and second delivery had big gash Cut on the front door I will never buy from Lowes again and advice no one else to unless you don't mind headaches.

I’m not much of a review person. But I had to write something so others are informed. I don’t know where to start, but the quality and personal experience is just so bad. My window treatment fell off the wall twice. One on my arm and then on my house keeper The brackets are to flimsy for the weight of the blinds. You would think I would have been a concern at the Riverhead lowes. Marty was trying to give me an appointment when it wasn’t ideal day. I have a 10 day window and still he would offer the same day on a different week knowing that was my work day He would over ride me when explaining and then hung up on me when before resolving a day that works. So I’m assuming lowes is responsible when the wooden blinds come down And splits a skull. I will find an appropriate handyman to reinstall for the safety of others and myself. That’s a quick summary. Choice wisely before have lowes do your next project. There are so many other options Thank you Lowes

Never !!! Wasnt delivered like said. Charged 129% fr installation & had to purchase new gas line & vent fr delivery man to install .never needed the new Line or vent & lowes would not reimburse us the 129$ .my husband could have hooked up our original gas line & vent but lowes said No! Policy was they had to charge 129 & we buy the parts .which we never needed & got ripped off from lowes fr. Never sent the delivery ticket to the delivery man so was 2 days late & I had to call lowes to find out why it wasn't here the day it said or who knows when it would have been here. Complete ignorance & sales people dont kn how to do their job right !

I purchased 3 mens jumpers online $35 reduced to $29.95, the quality is dreadful ! Pilling happening after only one wear & that was only sitting around at home!!! Very disappointed. Delivery was very prompt, on occasions at store customer service not the best seems too much trouble!!

I made an online purchase and did not receive all of my order!!!!!! I have been going back and forth with the delivery company and Lowes Customer Care (ha what a joke ) about part of my order missing. Lowes should be looking for the rest of my order not me. They basically said it was delivered and oh well just call your banking institution and revoke the charge for your order because there is nothing we can do since Estes said they delivered it. Well I was here and when I went outside only half of my order was sitting in my driveway on a pallet. So now basically I have to go back and forth with the delivery company and Lowes Customer care to try and get this resolved or just go to my banking institution and get them to reverse the charges.

Danville KY Store # 1622 I bought a dryer on Saturday and it was to be delivered on Monday. It never got delivered. I called and was told my home was the next stop. It never came on Monday. I called Tuesday morning and was informed in the notes "driver spoke with customer and the customer rescheduled". Well that's a bold face lie because I never rescheduled, I need my dryer which I paid for. I called support and was on hold for 20 minutes and was told the best they can do is Thursday. I understand they get behind and schedules may change. My problem is the company lying on me saying I reschedule. This is horrible customer service. I would give 0 stars.

If I could pick no stars I would. Delivery guys mangled my mailbox. Have been working with something called Kayli Mitchell to get it replaced. She won't return my messages. USPS won't deliver my mail. Will not ever buy anything from Lowes again.

Ordered a Washer and Dryer from Lowes on 6/21/2022, found out our dryer wasn't broken so on 6/29/2022 cancelled the order. Paid in full on 6/21 with debit card. They got their money same day from my bank. once cancelled was told 3-10 business days. Was also told by ASST Store Manager likely have in acct next day. NOPE not TRUE. So still no money refunded to my acct and yet nobody can show anything on the refund. Yet if I refund a client for a purchase in my business it shows that day or next day latest. INTERESTING. They say my bank is the hold up but my bank said not there and Lowes can't prove it was sent out. PLEASE go to your local MOM and POP hardware stores and support them as the big box stores are a RIP OFF. I guess it is time to turn it over to the sec of States office.NO OTHER STORE TAKES 3- 10 DAYS FOR A REFUND. Would hate to see the hoops if I paid cash money

Horrible nightmare of service- two doors installed one the wrong door and both damaged . Lowes will not make good on their bad workmanship and instillation gone wrong. I am left with damage to trim they removed and doors which do not shut and allow insects into my home . With heating costs as they are - there is zero rating for these doors . 1/2 inch gap entire length on Larson storm door and Masonite steel door with 18” of exposure to outdoors on closure side, they are both installed out of level and actual sunlight shows through . It is appalling ! They use home run handyman for instillation absolutely horrible .

Lowe's Appliance Parts Service is despicable. Web site works well except when you opt to pay extra for expedited shipping you do not get it. It says 2 day shipping which is a lie. They hide behind the "it's an estimate" phrase when there is absolutely no chance of it ever making it in two days unless you live in same town as where shipped from. The "expedited" shipping it FedEx ground. I paid extra to get the parts in a decent time frame based on their estimate. Instead I may get the parts in almost week. Deceitful and dishonest. Just lost a customer. And will definitely be vocal about it to others.
