Just received my Celine Teen Classic Box Bag and I am in love! It is beautiful and came with all the dust bags and tags. This bag was discontinued recently by Celine so I was thrilled to be able to find a brand new one on Lozuri. Highly recommend this site for great designer items.

This was the first time I used Lozuri. I ordered two designer bags, and both came in perfect condition and were authentic. The shipping was a little slower than I’d like, but otherwise it was a positive experience. I would order from this company again, next time preparing to wait a bit.

I had to exchange an item for a different size and it was easy enough. Customer service was very responsive in the process. There was some lag in communications from them regarding refunding the difference in price but it was eventually resolved. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend the site to others.

My package arrived on time but I was disappointed by the way the item was packed (especially for the cost of the item). It was only packed in a dust bag with no additional protection. If the box got damaged during transport, the item would’ve been damaged as well. I would purchase from Lozuri again but I would hope that they would improve the unboxing experience!

I purchased a purse from Lozuri, but my overall experience has left me hesitant to shop there again. The delivery of the bag was delayed, and upon receiving it, I realized it was much larger than expected. When I decided to return it, I encountered challenges with their return policy. The process involves requesting a return label via email, which can be time-consuming. In my case, they expedited the label due to a family emergency that required me to leave town urgently. However, the overall lack of an easy and seamless process, coupled with delayed customer service responses, makes me inclined to explore other shopping options in the future. Update: Lozuri was extremely helpful when expediting the label and also processing my refund. I had a family emergency and the lady who handled my chat sent me a label the same day! I will say that they expedited my payment quickly and even sent me a copy of the confirmation!!

This was my first purchase with LOZURI and I was skeptical. It did take about 5 days to receive a tracking number (as the site clearly states it may). The team noticed a small mark on the bag and contacted me to offer a slight further discount or the opportunity to cancel my order. The bag was lovely and was probably handled and tried on in store. It was missing some of the protective hardware stickers (not all of them). It was packaged well and arrived in 4 days once shipped. For me, the wait time and the small imperfection was well worth the over $1000 in savings. The customer service agent, Annaly, was very professional and responsive.

Love my Valentino bag. I was expecting it to be in a Valentino Box but it was just packaged inside a dust bag. That was kind of disappointing. It came with all of the tags.
