“Just received my Celine Teen Classic Box Bag and I am in love! It is beautiful and came with all the dust bags and tags. This bag was discontinued recently by Celine so I was thrilled to be able to find a brand new one on Lozuri. Highly recommend this site for great designer items.”

“This was the first time I used Lozuri. I ordered two designer bags, and both came in perfect condition and were authentic. The shipping was a little slower than I’d like, but otherwise it was a positive experience. I would order from this company again, next time preparing to wait a bit.”

“I had to exchange an item for a different size and it was easy enough. Customer service was very responsive in the process. There was some lag in communications from them regarding refunding the difference in price but it was eventually resolved. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend the site to others.”

“My package arrived on time but I was disappointed by the way the item was packed (especially for the cost of the item). It was only packed in a dust bag with no additional protection. If the box got damaged during transport, the item would’ve been damaged as well. I would purchase from Lozuri again but I would hope that they would improve the unboxing experience!”
