If there is less than 1 star I would choose it, worst experience ever, I placed my order in January got my loupes in April, after three months of waiting I got something full of mistakes, the frame doesn't fit, wrong working distance, double vision, and limited dark field. 5 of my friends have the same issues all the measurements are wrong. I opened a ticket one week ago and no one contacted me! Unresponsible unreliable company.

I have been working with Lumadent for our dental students at Spokane Community College for years! They are always quick to respond with any issue corrections and kind in the process. There products are well worth the money spent.

great product but also wonderful service. I ordered my light packet towards the end of the week and had it by monday. Was not expecting to receive it so quickly! The light is great, and I love that I get two battery packs included. Much better than the competitors out there.

My loupes weren’t fabricated correctly. The loupes light is very flimsy. Low quality product overall.

Wish it came with a lens cloth and the rubber in the case is cut such that the goggles can fit without having to detach the headlight and battery

Got the products right away, no problems there. But it worked only for a fortnight then the light stopped working! No matter if I change batteries or cables from delivery. BUT old batteries and cable work.

I have been using my LumaDent loupe light (v3) for over 5 years. It has been an amazing and important part of my care! Recently, one of my batteries needed to have the cell replaced. I received so much support and the turn-around time was incredibly fast. Thank you for providing such an invaluable product and excellent customer service. LumaDent rules!!!

The HL360 LED Headlight Upgrade Kit is designed for our existing customers who are still using our older V3 headlight and wish to upgrade to our newer HL360 without buying new batteries. It does include a complete Linkage Arm (instructions on changing them here: https://lumadent.com/linkage-arm-replacement) but does not include a mount. This is because existing customers using our headlight system should already have a working mount. All of our mounts are compatible with both headlights - you should just be able to take off the V3 light and attach the HL360 in it's place and be all set without needing any additional parts. I have been a very long-time customer and have bought several lights plus sent colleagues to buy your headlight products. I always was able to reach a customer service rep when I called. Now, with whatever new system you have in place, it seems that your are deliberately trying to avoid human contact by phone. I have a problem with the last purchase (sales order # SO-71755) and I cannot get anyone to help me address it and resolve it. I had to try to reach a live human being to talk to, by calling your sales reps (Alex,Josephine, Mark) who promised that someone from main office will get back to me, but I have had no luck. I can't understand how you expect to get repeat customers to stay with your company if you are only available for online sales but no customer service. I am very, VERY disappointed in how I am being treated. I hope you will arrange someone with knowledge and authority to help, to get in touch with me ASAP.
