“Great products and great service. They sent the wrong mount for a loupe light once and after reaching out to customer service they sent out another one immediately and that product has been excellent along with their light that I have.”

“Exceptional customer service from several different employees, who took the time to ensure my order for a mounting bracket for my Surgitel flip up loupes was correct. They made sure my photos were completely accurate. I just received the mounts today, looking forward to mounting my new light to the 3.5x loupes tomorrow! Thank you LUMADENT!!!”

“The light really makes seeing the prep easy. When I first got my loupes they were off but Customer service was great and readjusted them for me and now my 3.5x prismatics helps me see so much more detail. Before my preps were barely passing and I couldn't figure out where I was going wrong but once I usedthe loupes preps became easy and big mistakes like undercuts became a thing of the past.”

“I’ve only used my 3.3 X ergoprism loupes on four patients so far and I can already tell I like them and they will help save my neck. usually during my lunch break I’m giving myself massages because I’m starting to get stiff and achy. I don’t feel that currently, I’m excited to see how I feel with these new loupes at the end of the week, excited for the chronic pain on my neck, shoulder, and upper back to be gone! these are game changers. i’m so happy I will be able to prolong my career”

“They will try to charge extra for every little thing. $43 for expedited shipping that will only arrive one day earlier. Really? $43 more for a little tiny light to be shipped? Regular shipping was already quite expensive for such a small item. Student discount is weak ($45). I think students should at least receive 20% off, 25-30% off is fair IMO.”

“This email to request a review has come and I have not received my order yet, it's almost 2 weeks. After 1 week, I followed up with lumadent by email and received no response. The tracking emails are very limited and shows last tracking info as: "departed facility" and that was 3 days ago, nothing since”
