“Received my Ergoprism loupes and absolutely love them. I am so excited to be out of neck pain for the first time in ten years. Amazing!”

“Absolutely terrible service. I have been trying to get Ergoprism loupes for two months. I paid more than a month ago. The response time for telephone calls/messages and emails has been 10-14 days, causing repeated delay, only to have the photos I submitted called "great!" but not good enough - they all need retaken. I followed their instructions precisely, for example, wearing the frames they sent in the fit kit for all the photos. Yet their only details on what to do differently were "you did not wear the frames sent in the fit kit for the photos" and "use higher resolution" (than the highest resolution on my Samsung phone? What resolution then?). I asked for details so I could make the proper changes, but have never received any response. They still have my $2533.00 but are completely unresponsive and are not delivering anything, let alone the Ergoprism loupes I paid for. I really love the concept of the Ergoprism and want such a loupe, but this company cannot/will not deliver that concept, at least to me. Do NOT work with this company if you value your time, responsive customer service or a quality partner in your business. You are left completely on your own. The frustration factor is immense.”

“Thank gd for the Lumadent ergoprisms, the future of loupes 1. I’ve had them for two months now 2. My neck pain is gone 3. I recommend 3.3x 4. Personally it is easier for me to use the loupes while standing or while using a saddle bc then I can bring the pt down lower”

“Excellent customer service. I recently ordered some replacement batteries for my light. This was relatively urgent as my current battery only lasted for around 1.5 hours before needing a charge. Lumadent were very responsive to my emails (responding immediately) and shipped the batteries to me very quickly. Thanks for the great service. On the product: the lumadent light is the best of the three lights that I have used over the years. I love it.”

“You're batteries do not last. i'm replacing them now like very six months. They either stop charging or the case breaks. I ordered a new replacement set on july sixth. But the order was officially shipped today July 20th. Almost 14 days to ship!!!”

“So, I could not work with the ergo prism. I am a spine surgeon and frequent side to side motion causes a slight shift in the viewing field which makes me seasick. Best for stable procedures with little head motion. However hey brought this to the attention of the company and they immediately swapped these for a pair of standard loops. These appear to be of high-quality and fit very nicely.”

“On the downside: The light I purchased didn't work out of the box. The toggle on the cable is impractical for infection control. The new light is longer than the old one which makes it harder to fit under a faceshield. The battery is only supposed to be charged for 3 hours at most. This time frame makes it difficult to do. I am looking into separate timer options that may allow me to plug the battery in overnight and yet only have it charge for 3 hours. On the upside: The customer service people are very helpful and work to resolve problems. The battery pack has fewer joints and seams which makes it easier to clean and I can operate it with my elbow which means I don't have cross-contamination issues by using my gloves.”

“Every thing about the light is great , but when i attached my light to my Loups its gets double vision I don’t know why , and to fix it i had to wire my loups and make them tight this trigger another problem the screw is punishing my area in between my eyebrows and make mark and it’s hurting , i had to put a putty on the mount to reduce the pain from it and still hurt after using them for while”
