“Every thing about the light is great , but when i attached my light to my Loups its gets double vision I don’t know why , and to fix it i had to wire my loups and make them tight this trigger another problem the screw is punishing my area in between my eyebrows and make mark and it’s hurting , i had to put a putty on the mount to reduce the pain from it and still hurt after using them for while”

“I had to purchase 2 new batteries because 3/4 batteries purchased 2 years ago dont work anymore. The light is good, warranty and survival of batteries very very bad”

“The cord connection to the light is poor. Usually requires grinding off the yellow tip. Has gotten worse over the last few years and the cords require multiple replacements”

“I ordered a new light for my loupes in the past when I ordered something delivery was fast. I placed my order on 6/3 and called today and was told it may go out today and I would get it in 3 to 5 days. I asked if that was the soonest I could get it and was told it could be overnighted but was expensive. This was a 500.00 item not just a cord and I feel it should have been shipped that day or the next as I am working without a light. I am very disappointed.”

“I received my cordless light first. I loved it. Although it is not as bright as I would like. Then my ergoprisms came in. Mounting the light was a pain in the neck. No one was able to explain how to do it, so in my frustration, my husband forfeited it out. The loupes themselves are very different. A learning curve, for sure! I still have tightness between my shoulder blades when I use them. I’m hoping that subsides once my body gets use to using new muscles. I’ve had them 2 weeks now.”

“Exceptional customer service from several different employees, who took the time to ensure my order for a mounting bracket for my Surgitel flip up loupes was correct. They made sure my photos were completely accurate. I just received the mounts today, looking forward to mounting my new light to the 3.5x loupes tomorrow! Thank you LUMADENT!!!”
