Getting slicker, complementary trolleys would be a nice touch. It's a bit of a fag to have to find the change and go and get one????

Always use the mid-term car park which I'd very convenient, although sometimes the regularity of the buses is not brilliant.

Mobile website didn't summarise my viewing which resulted in me booking too long a stay. Called customer services and they wouldn't change it. Got to the barrier with my ticket and it hadn't found the reference. Absolute joke. Get someone to drop and pick you up. It's sooooo much easier!!!

Good value for money on the long term car park but a little bit of a long wait for the transfer bus.

Despite registering in advance for car parking mid term for a long weekend, I got a surprise £80+ charge at the exit....it appears the pre-registration and ANPR at the barriers don't share the same database. Thankfully, the HELP button and my booking reference saved me the additional charge. Parking and bus to the terminal all as advertised.

I was stuck in Amsterdam due to uk airspace closing. Due to this delay, which I had no control over, I had to pay a further 24 hours worth of charges. Not was needed after a 4 hour delay.

Have used the Luton Airport "Meet & Greet" parking service in the past and was always impressed. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff, located in their own office in a car park literally next door to the Departures Terminal. Good value parking, but does not include "Fast Track" pass through airport security. It was not obvious how you can bool Fast Track on the parking website (not sure you can). Whereas at Stansted, you can add Fast Track for an additional charge of £3.50/person...honestly well worth the money to avoid the biblical crowd at Stansted security on a Monday morning! :-(

I will never use it again. Like most other pre bookers the exit did not accept the card we were issued with on arrival. A very stroppy female assistant informed us that she had to have the booking ref or we had to pay £140 to exit. This is the second time this has happened so it is obvious to me that the ticket never recognises the ticket. I gave her the reg as I did last time and she refused to take it. I said I was not going to empty my suitcase. She then found it almost instantly she was clearly not telling the truth. Absolutely awful customer service. After a relaxing holiday we had to argue to get out when we had pre paid. I doubt anyone gets out without being asked to pay. Fine but don't argue with the cuz stoner when they explain.

We had a really early flight. Car park was empty first thing in the morning, the bus was on time and the transfer to the airport and was quick and painless. I've had issues with tickets at Gatwick and the car not being recognised, but Luton was great no issues at all. Returning back was painless too.

Prebooked the short-stay carpark and found it very convenient. Unfortunately, the numberplate recognition system failed to recognise my number on entry. However, on exiting the carpark on my return, it was resolved very quickly. Just had to press the button at the exit barrier, quote my booking reference number and the very helpful person at the other end raised the barrier to let me out.
