“The car park was a bit of a building site, road surfaces broken and poor. On the other hand, access to the terminal is great, only two minutes walk.”

“I have had to press the 'help' button when entering the Short Term car park (pre-paid) because I was given a ticket. When the person eventually answered I was informed that the camera was not working. So I had to press for a ticket and then on leaving I had to again press the 'help' button and give my reference number. All very time consuming! I also want to state what an appalling condition the surface of the Short Term car park is. Considering that this is the most expensive section to park in you could at least have all the 'pot holes' filled. Then when it is dark and raining I do not have to have totally wet feet when trying to get into my car.”

“Absolutely fine, close to the terminal which was ideal with 2 young children. Bit surprised at the poor state of the actual car park...just rough tarmac but I'm not really bothered by that...just cosmetics, so long as you can wheel a trolley easily and walk safely to and from....in that respect a lack of visible lines and directions ( that I could see in the dark) could be a health & safety issue in the future.”

“Regularly the cctv does not recognise number plate on arrival for pre booked orders which causes issues on departure. Cost of parking are also exceptionally high especially for short term parking. Quality of spaces also quite poor when taking account of the high cost.”
