“The bus came within 20 minutes. I think there should be toilets in the car park as well.”

“This is the second time using this parking at Luton Airport.. Easy to find, easy system to use, just park your car and wait for the shuttle bus. You ever have to wait to long for one either. Wouldn't alway recommend to others and will defiantly be using again.”

“I was a very good service . There was know hassle at all, You park your car on space available and just remember where you park ,and take the bus right out side the terminal It is easy then you probably will think off.”

“Got into the wrong short term parking lot at Luton. Cost me £100 to get out!!! The instruction on prepaid parking said follow the gold signs to short term parking. I did this and still ended up wrong place. Ticket even said short term on it!! So now lost £32 ish I paid for prepaid. Very annoyed and confused. Poor signage to car park a real problem. And no one in attendance to check with did not help either. Not using again!!!”

“Fantastic car park, literally was a two minute walk to my terminal and because I was running late it enabled me to catch my flight. Will definitely use every time I fly from Luton.”

“I use the pre-pay option for the mid term car park each time I have to travel to Germany. The cost is much cheaper if you book early and you save time on your return. The bus service is much more frequent than at the long term car park.”

“Worked fine and bust waiting times had improved since last time. I have a specific issue with number plate recognition which looks to be something I have to look at. This can cause delays at the barrier and it seems I wasn't the only one.”

“Bus frequency is less than advertised, too long to wait. I could walk to and from the terminal faster, but am prevented from doing so -why?Drivers were surly, and unhelpful.”

“Poor condition car park, Machine didn't recognise pre-paid ticket on exit, Road works made exit to M1 very difficult”

“I had to change the registration number on my booking which was done efficiently online via email. When I came to leave the car park on a wet Friday night, the machine wanted another £74 for some reason. Had to reverse out of barriers, wait to phone call centre, back to barriers, another chat at barriers via intercom and finally left car park. Not great at all”

“Parking as easy to find and buses back and forth were good. The online booking in advance could have been nice to have had the parking valued for this, in stead of having to pay for my ticket at the gate. overall the luton team were very quick to refund my booked request. I had made error on the departure date, but theere was no addidtional discount for the paying at the gate, after them cancelling my booking for a refund.”

“Easy to locate and entry / exit procedures are straight forward. The car park could do with resurfacing. After a long time since last using the car park it hasn't changed in this regard.”
