“Very conveniently close to airport terminal building and fairly easy access. Signage could have been a little clearer perhaps. Otherwise a good experience.”

“1) Overall the facility was satisfactory with the following exceptions a) In the cold weather to have to wait for the transfer bus in an open shelter was rather painful. b) The exit card obtained when entering the facility did not work on the way out. Although your operator answered fairly promptly, it was rather upsetting to use the card several times before help was offered. 2) Subject to the items above the price seemed reasonable, but in the future I would have some doubts about using the car park.”

“Car Park is close to the Terminal and I would like the option to be able to walk, but there is no footpath. A crossing to the footpath on the other side of the road would be great.”

“Overall experience quality improving from what it was a couple of years ago. Continued points of frustration remain: (1) Tortuous route when disembarking plane - escalators from the up/down levels would improve comfort and efficiency of transiting passengers. (2) No covered walk ways to/from bus stops or short stay car park.”

“System did not read my number on arrival - so pre boking not worked and had to go through the " press button for assistance" routine on departure. Not a big thing I know but this has happened every time I have used this car park ( and no where else). Short term car is rutted and poorly marked dirt/gravel -”

“Very good service. Shuttle bus was there as soon as we arrived and it took 5 minutes to get to the terminal and same way return. Easy to find following directions from the email and also road signs. Will definitely use again.”

“Parking this time was ok. Generally though :- 1. I hate the fact that I have to pay to drop someone off when Im not even flying! 2. I find the short-term parking ok 3. I cannot understand why I have to pay £2 for a trolly 4. This time I noticed one of the valet parking guys leaning on my bonnet, using it as a table...! 5. Ive used the short-term parking many times and this time was, I think, the first time it let me out without having to contact the operator (or paying ~£120 again!)”

“Very handy car park to get to - close to the Motorway and quick transfer to the airport on very big roomy bus. No problem finding parking spaces. Entry was simple, just drove up and the ticket barrier greeted me by name, took the ticket parked. Went on Holiday ... back to the Car and put the same ticket in to get out - Simple As That Good deals to be had if booked in advance Will be using again.”

“Parked in the sort term park, pre-booked my space. Entry was simple as was exit, even given I was a little later than booked exit due to the air traffic issues earlier in the day. The only issue I have is the quality of the parking area surface, very uneven. The walk from the car to the pedestrian walk ways was such that you had to avoid large puddles. Not too much of a problem as I only had a shoulder bag, but if you have a case then it would be a lottery if it remained dry.”

“I have to say a heartfelt thank you to your team. I lost my laptop bag on Sat 27 Dec on your Long Term Car Park bus (was travelling with a lot of luggage plus an infant). It was picked up by one of your staff on duty and taken to lost property. Between your team and the lost property team, you calmed my nerves by letting me know you located it and I slept soundly that night. Could have all ended very badly but your team were tremendous and I really appreciate it. Thank you!”

“Good service, nice warm bus, not too long to wait, cheerful driver. Congestion at the front of the terminal means once the coach arrives at the terminal it takes longer to reach the Mid Stay drop off and collection point than the rest of the journey!”
