“Thanks Vynka B for understanding our request with customer service during our recent LE experience with Limo transfers in Cairns. Our issue was dealt professionally and swiftly. Whilst we’ve never had to raise our concerns with LE in our previous stays and experiences the customer service has ensured we will keep coming back. Vynka Thankyou you respected our party and done the right thing. We look forward to continuing our stays with LE.”

“Gavin S went above & beyond for our booking. He turned around a bad situation from another consultant into a much better outcome for us. He was professional, kept us in the loop & did what he said he was going to do & more. And this all over the Easter break! Thanks”

“I contacted Luxury Escapes a number of times to help resolve an issue with our holiday dates. No one was taking on the responsibility and said the option I needed wasn't possible. I was super impressed with Natasha K who took the opportunity to look for a solution work with resort and her internal booking system to find a positive customer outcome. She was accountable, delivered on the commitments she said she would and helped us find an amazing way forward. I couldn't recommend her enough . Thank you Natasha K because of you and you only will I use luxury escapes.”
