“I would like to thank Natasha K sooo much for her assistance cancelling out booking. I was getting nowhere with other people in your company & had decided that your company wouldn't be a consideration for us in the future but i was just lucky enough on one of my phone calls to get Natasha on the other end. We will definitely be happy to use your company for future travels. Natasha was in contact constantly with updates on our issues. We had to cancel due to a very serious health issues with my daughter in-law & Natasha just made this process that much easier for me to deal with under the pressure i was already feeling. Thank You Natasha 💖”

He took control, was empathetic to my situation and sought to resolve my issue immediately, instead of leaving me to await a response at some other time by some other agent (maybe), some time down the track (maybe). “I recently contacted Josephine again through an old email whilsti was in Dubai as I couldn't find a pock up time for our car to the airport to fly back to Melbourne. I can't believe how quick a response I received and all sorted so fast with no stress for us in the end. I would highly recommend Josephine for any luxury escapes enquiries.”

“Incredible service from Kirsty B. Dealing with Kirsty in Australia has been easier than dealing with a travel agency here in NZ. Kirsty was so efficient, very quick to come back to me with different options, pricing accommodation. Nothing was a hassle and she was so patient with me. Will use Kirsty for all my travel now. “We had a week booked in the Maldives in November but unfortunately due to my partner being in a severe car crash he is now on a 6 month rehab programme. Timing was too close for me to make changes to our reservation pushing our trip out to mid 2024, that I had to make contact with Luxury Escapes service centre. I am exceedingly grateful for the empathy, understanding and efficiency of Ecclesia K' in helping me with my plea for assistance. His attention to service was wonderful and reaffirmed my entire support and admiration for Luxury Escapes.”

“We booked a Sri Lanka and Maldives package and our original consultant had advised she would look into and advise a transfer from our hotel to the start of the tour as we had added an additional night in Colombo. I contacted this consultant a week prior to departure and received no reply and so rang on the day of departure and spoke to a couple of people, one even hung up on me and then finally spoke with Tammie R who went above and beyond to help us. We were sitting at the airport about to take off on our flight and she ran upstairs to the tours department to talk with them and rang us back with a solution to our problem. We were very grateful for her assistance as we were very disgruntled with the after booking service we had received up to then. Thanks Tammie R we got on the plane feeling very relieved.”
