“The Haven. Khoa Lak - Thailand. Thanks, team for a great holiday. It was very easy to book and manage, plus at such attractive rates. As for the hotel, we had a 5-star holiday here. The resort was great, very clean and tidy. The pools are awesome. Highly recommend booking a poolside room. (It's worth it!!) I thought the restaurant food was just as good as on the street and similar price. We rented a scooter which I also recommend as a quick and easy way to explore as the resort is a little out of town. If you are really picky you may find things to comment on, but overall I would highly recommend "The Haven"”

“Used Luxury for our first trip to Cancun and stayed at the Kempinski Hotel. Wow! What service from the moment we walked through the doors! The staff were amazing and the food out of world. Definitely going to use Luxury for our next trip!”

“I don’t even know where to start. From the reception to the views, this hotel left us speechless; from Ingyin, Pubudu to Shifa, Kasun, Gracia, Agus, and so on, we never felt so welcome by a hotel staff! The food and culinary scene for Mercure, made us want to try each single plate, and till today we can’t taste it. The wild life that surrounds us was the golden ticket to our stay, dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays, fishes that you won’t even imagine they have existed, you can see them form your ocean villa. You can get snorkels during your stay and enjoy exploring the under life!!!!!! Each morning, waking up to the view of a calm ocean, clear like crystal, what else can you ask for? I could go and on, just let me tell you … YOU MUST DO THIS TRIP AND MUST STAY IN MERCURE KOODOO ❤️”

“Raffles hotel Dubai I book this hotel normally twice a year and can’t fault anything about it.The staff are very professional in every department especially the club lounge which is fantastic value for money.I have stayed in different 5 star hotels in Dubai and this in my opinion is the best by far and will continue to book it with luxury travel as they are excellent and easy to deal with.Robert”

“When my wife and I are planning a Holiday Overseas,I always look for Luxury Escapes because for one,they have the Best deals and two,the service they provide is second to none. “I was thrilled with the package that was offered as it represented great value. We chose a luxury three day escape staying at the Star on the Gold Coast. It was a fantastic venue and the extras included in the package made it an outstanding stay. I discovered when I arrived that I had made a mistake with our booking and had arrived on the wrong day. I rang customer support and spoke with Jake L. and was thrilled to find myself talking to a polite, courteous young man who listened to my story. He promptly outlined a solution and promised me he would action things promptly and ring me back shortly. I hung up and really had no real exceptions that this would happen based on the usual lip service you get from any customer service. To my surprise Jake phone me within fifteen minutes to advise that everything had been rectified and there were no further costs or delays and we could begin our anticipated break. Thank you Luxury Escapes for a great package and thank you Jake for restoring my belief that customer service really does provide customer service. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to look for calue for money. great service and outstanding packages.”

“A phone call to Luxury Escapes to book a holiday in Bali was received by Amanda J. Hotel, flights and airport transfers were organised within minutes. I could not get onto Virgin Australia to book our seats, so I rang back and spoke to Safo at Luxury Escapes Flight Support. He allocated the seats we requested, even gave us a price for Business Class. Decided against that as it would be the price of our next holiday. Now that we're home, we appreciate how sweet the whole process was. We had Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner and bar vouchers to cover meals for the 7 nights at the hotel. The LE transfer drivers were great too. The 'arrival' driver must've been waiting patiently with his sign for a couple of hours till we got out of the terminal. He was jovial and friendly and gave us a few tips for our stay. The 'departure' driver (Puto Wijanegara) arrived on time, and took us to airport with time to spare.”
