“Our account was recently subject to an attempted hack. We were advised of this by LE and on ringing their help line Josephine initiated an enquiry and reported back to us later that day that our account was ok. Such good service. Thank you.”

“One of the reasons I love Luxury Escapes is their Customer Service. It is top notch! Amanda J and Kam R in particular were so helpful in clarifying some of the details of the tour I booked. Not only does Luxury Escapes have great value for money but in these days of online buying, it gives peace of mind that there is excellent customer service to back their product. Also they were so good about giving Credits during the pandemic!”

“I am elderly and struggle to do things on the computer so I love it that luxury escapes are always so willing to help me on the phone and they did not let me down on this occasion. Kam R was very helpful and booked everything for me. I have not had any occasion to complain about Luxury Escapes, the customer service has always been spot on.”

“I spoke to Gavin, n he did exactly what he said he would do. Other members of staff had told me over 12 months they would fix the problem. But Gavin S. really came threw n did everything he could for me. He was also very polite n listened to me telling him my problem. He was brilliant. Thanks Gavin S.”
