“Andrew L was super helpful in helping me try accommodate the changes that occurred for my upcoming trip. He's very friendly and polite and called me back when he said he would. I'd gladly book with Luxury Escapes again as their customer service is excellent”

“Due to my wife having to have a serious medical procedure we were forced to request a later date for our stay at Peppers Salt Resort. We spoke to Jennifer who came up with alternative dates which suited us perfectly in a matter of minutes. Jennifer was most helpful and understanding of our situation and is a credit to your organisation with whom we have had numerous stays.”

“We were disappointed by the hotel we chose. I got in touch with Gavin S who immediately spoke to the manager about changing. He arranged for us to then be in touch with Luxury Escapes rep Mitch in Thailand who was equally helpful. He found us beautiful accommodation at Avani Hotel in Khao Lak, only opened 6 months ago and with an amazing inclusive package. I would definitely recommend Luxury Escapes as they were able to quickly rectify what could have been a very disappointing holiday.”

“Had such a great experience with this company. I made some bookings and then soon realised that there was a better package that I could have got. So, I called up customer support and get helped by a representative named Andrew L, who fixed up my booking and was super helpful and kind. Such a pleasure booking through this company. Highly recommended 10/10”

“I purchased a Luxury Escapes deal for my daughter for her birthday. By the time she went to book the preferred dates, there was no availability. Kam R was very helpful - called the hotel and managed to get the dates booked. Thanks for your help Kam.”

“My partner and I wanted to alter the dates of our booking with a hotel in Bali. Initially, the hotel denied our request to change the dates but Gavin S (from luxury escapes) was able to negotiate with the hotel and grant our request. Gavin S was a delight to deal with. He was friendly, understanding, and patient. Further, he was an excellent communicator, constantly keeping us in the loop of his communications with the hotel. We highly recommend seeking Gavin S out, should any issues arise with the hotels affiliated with luxury escapes.”
