“Lisa B helped me with my booking in a very helpful way. She solved the problem that I had and even rang back to check everything was ok. She communicated clearly and was a pleasure to deal with luxury escapes and Lisa B. Thank you”

“Vynka took my call and listened to my query carefully. Said she would get back to me with a phone call ASAP. This she did very quickly and although I missed her call back (my fault), she left a very detailed message to answer my query and followed up with an email. Great service, thankyou for your expertise.”

“Brooke was very professional and helped me with my enquiry. The phone was answered promptly. I have booked a few Luxury Escape packages and they have all been very good quality and value for money. Good to know there is someone to take your call promptly.”

“I have an existing booking with Luxury Escapes however had not received the two emails outlined in my booking notes. I called and Vynka B took my call. In summary Vynka is a breath of fresh air. She listened, made suggestions, followed up with the two third parties and promised to call me once she received a response which she did in a super timely manner. I did not to need to chase her up at all which I have had to do in the past with various other reps. Vynka is a friendly, professional, thorough and super efficient customer service operator. I was very impressed by the service I received and I could not recommend her enough! Congratulations to management for hiring her! It's not often that one receives such excellent service!”

“Extremely helpful and efficient service from Mitch today. He was super friendly and supportive when I had a level of urgency to book, for the same day. ( I was trying to find a solution to one of the offers on the website, that just don't answer) In summary the staff are great but the offers are a little hard to pin down. We are also taking up a Yarra Valley lunch on Saturday, they will only take bookings for 2 or 4 ! We are a party of 3!.. (not everyone has a partner) Good job Mitch. and Deborah earlier in the week”

“Had a problem with a booking still showing an outstanding balance despite cancelling the accommodation a few weeks ago. Contacted customer support again as I had no follow up regarding the outcome from my previous contact with Claire Contacted by Natasha K tonight who updated me on the outcome and explained that the manage my booking screen still displayed a total outstanding but with an invalid collection date so there was a zero balance owing as it should be. Very helpful and took charge of the issue well done Natasha K.”

“Customer support was great. Called the support line while overseas on a holiday when I needed to alter a schedule. Jake L was wonderful, and everything was sorted out promptly! Did try emailing initially without a response for >48hrs so would be careful with that option.”
