“I love ❤️ Luxury Escapes, and have had many many great holidays both locally and internationally with their outstanding value-packed offers. On the few occasions I’ve had to change or cancel a holiday, it’s very easy to do on the website, and if you need to contact a representative, in my case, Lisa B - was very friendly and helpful and provided outstanding customer service.”

“Vynka went above and beyond, helping us to sort out a problem of our making which, in all honesty, Luxury Escapes had no obligation to fix. However, fix it she did, and we're most grateful. It was so nice to talk to someone with a "let me see how I can sort that for you" attitude. Very happy indeed, and would totally recommend every time :) Thanks Vynka!”

“Mohamad.A was able to organise a change of departure transfer to arrival transfer which meant I was not having to pay for a transfer I was not going to use. He was pleasant to deal with and responded in the time frame that he promised so I was not left hanging and waiting for a response.”

“Luxury Escapes staff Mitch R and Vynka B were both amazing when I enquired about (Mitch R) and followed through (Vynka B) regarding a booking change. Both were very helpful on the phone and were quick to follow up by email. Was easy to get in touch via the Call back function. Looking forward to the actual trip now.”
