“I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa B on the phone, Sunday 18th June. We were on the phone for about 45 minutes and she was just so helpful. She even worked through her finish time to ensure my package was booked for me!! I was very grateful because she could've asked a colleague to follow up the booking but instead saw the whole phone call through. Many thanks to get someone who I could fully communicate with and understand. I hope she receives my commendation. Thank you 😊”

“Thank you very much to the luxury escape customer service representatives. Your approach to have dealt with my concern due to the airline cancelation was so professional and thoughtful. You contacted with the resort and Jetstar many times to ensure that our holiday will go smoothly. Especially Eric H’s calm and kind support was outstanding and made us feel so much better. It was his day off but he did it for us as he was very concerned about our interrupted holiday due to the airline cancelation. Thank you very much, Eric. I definitely recommend the luxury escape to everyone.”
