“I find it hard to believe the reviews that mention poor customer service. I have had the best service from the time I ordered my samples which arrived in a two days. I ordered 30 boxes of flooring which also arrived promptly. The floor I chose is solid wood and looks fantastic. I had problems with a couple of planks which were slightly uneven ( my fitter told me this happens with all companies). I emailed the company and received a response immediately. Within a couple of days I had received replacement planks so the fitter was still able to complete the job on schedule. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”

Fitting was a piece of cake. Slow and steady, making sure that each joint is in (at an angle) before lowering it into place with a click (the short ends click into place).

“I had been hunting for weeks to match a solid oak floor of a certain width and finish to no avail. Then i came across “Luxury flooring”. I gave them a call and gave them the specification of what i needed And the gentleman said “ i will go and check and give you a call back”. Now ive heard all this before from other companies and its as if they cannot be bothered and dont get back in touch. Well, 15 mins after he said he will call me back he calls. He said “Yep We have this in stock” wow i said great.
I was then sent a sample and it matched well So i called him back to place the order, he asked me “When would you like delivery” to which my reply was ASAP. 2 days later everything turned up perfect. The floor is now down and looks great.
