“I love Luxy! I searched high and low for extensions that would match and Luxy came thru with several pieces in Dark Gray that blend really well my natural gray! Because these pieces are Remy Human, they can be cut, toned and glossed just like my natural hair. After purchasing the 20 inch Halo in 2 years ago, I was so impressed with the quality that I added a 16 inch ponytail extension, a 16 inch volume weft and the 16 inch seamless collection for thinning hair. With these pieces I am able to achieve several looks and styles effortlessly. Luxy offers a wide array of must have pieces in several inclusive colors. They are easy to apply and add so much impact when styling! I get so many compliments on how beautiful and healthy my hair looks and I've referred several people to Luxy. Luxy hair is my FAVORITE accessory!”

“10 days since I ordered. No product in sight, tracking number is useless, it shows it is languishing at a place miles from here, and customer service apologizes, but they won’t be there until 6 am tomorrow. Looks like I am out $60 dollars…..my fault for falling for an Instagram post. If I could rate this a ZERO, abysmal, I would do so. The mechanism for refund or replacement is impossible to navigate! SAVE YOUR MONEY!”

“Beautiful color and very thick however if you plan on buying these for every day wear please read this and do not bother! Some backstory, my first time purchasing Luxy hair and was so excited as I’ve heard amazing reviews! I ordered (20 inch halo brown - blonde balyage) and I wear them at least 5 times a week, always hang overnight and brush with a special hair extension brush, I never use heat on them and only curl using rollers . I purchased these in October and have washed them 3 times with sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, and will say again have never used heat to them. The two front wefts are so beyond matted as if the hair was made of silicone!!! They are too matted to the point I will have to throw them out even though they realistically have so much more wear left in them as there has been no shedding or any other issues. I’ve tried repairing with deep conditioning treatments and nothing is working, they go into my hair brushed and styled and not even 10 minutes later they are completely matted and tangled. I’m so disappointed as I saved up for so long to buy these and it is very evident these are not made of remy hair. I am so upset and disappointed.”

“I have worn these extensions 3x so far and every time it gets easier! They are so comfortable, they blend seamlessly, and the color is a perfect match. I reached out to customer service because I was in between two colors and purchased both, and returned one. They were so helpful with the process. They seem to have all of my questions answered on the website. Instructions are user-friendly. After much research, I am very happy I decided to invest in Luxy Hair extensions.”

“Love the hair, soft and beautiful matches my brown hair very well but the customer service was what really impressed me. I exchanged mocha brown for chestnut, as soon as the received the information that my package was on its way back they shipped the new color I got it with in a few days 0 cost. I was so impressed!”

“I’ve been a happy Luxy customer for years however very disappointed in them the last few orders. I place 3 seperate orders over the past few months for the 20 inch ponytails (I get 2 bundles each time) and all 3 deliveries were WAY shorter than in the past. They are the 16 inch length as advertised on the website NOT the 20 inch. I can’t wear them bc the length doesn’t match my full extension length. Customer service would not let me return them even after I sent detailed pics of the wrong length! Complete waste of money and disappointment. Just warning anyone getting the 20 inch ponytail it will NOT be the right length and you apparently won’t be able to return them.”

“FANTASTIC! Used a beige blonde 20" halo as my DIY beach wedding hair! Comfortable, easy to style, and held up well in the Caribbean heat. I have 0 experience with extensions and it blended perfectly using a traditional curling wand. After watching tutorials I **carefully** washed it with purple shampoo to better match my ashy blonde, and it was perfect!! The Halo would not work well for ponytails but is perfect for hair down, halfway up, or a very low pony. If you have super thin hair, the clip-ins may be easier to blend than the halo due to the weight of the hair. It's THICK (and beautiful!).”

“The Luxy hair I received was terrible quality and riddled with split ends. I sent them photos of the hair comprised of easily 50% split ends and they point blank said that it was up to their standard. Garbage quality, garbage customer service.”

“Luxy Hair Extensions are incredibly cheap and bad quality. I was GREATLY surprised as I had spent so much time investigating the experience of others. The extensions feel, look and smell as if it's fake hair. Very much like a synthetic wig you would get for Halloween. It's way too shiny and absolutely does not feel like remy hair. Before changing my color, I used Hidden Crown which is by FAR superior quality to Luxy. As well as Halo Couture. Do not waste your money!!!”

“I love the product and the packaging but the color match was way off. When I went to return it for a different color I was advised that it could not be returned which surprised me because that was one of the selling features of buying from Luxy. I did three things to select my color: 1) I based it on eye, 2) I asked my stylist, and 3) I did the virtual match with a recent photo. All three methods produced the same color but when I received my two products the color was not a good match with my actual hair. My stylist did a bit of color work with it so that it is a better match but still not quite great. I still love the product and likely best for women with a more standard color blond or brown hair.”

“I was hesitant about the Halo extensions, but they look amazing! My hair is just past my shoulders and on the thin side. The halo is way thicker than I could have imagined and I was nervous it was too much, but it looks beautiful in and the color match is spot on!”

“I’ve been buying these extensions for 4 years now and I have to say that every new pair that i buy the quality gets worse and worse… my very first pair was in 2019 and they last me one year and now after 3 months I can feel that the hair gets damaged more quickly and the hair feels horrible and I don’t use them every day… I use them like one or twice a week or even every two weeks… so I think they lower their quality on the hair and that’s bad because they keep rising their prices.”

“I’ve been using clip in hair extensions for 10+ years and Luxy is by far the BEST company out there. The quality is SO nice the hair feels like silk and for me personally getting the volume bundle helps me blend easier into my fine hair giving me that extra volume and length I desperately need! The shipping is fast I never wait longer than 5 days to receive my order (at most). The customer service is always extraordinary. I will continue to purchase more sets in the future 🥰”
