“Hair is too thick at the clips. Does not stay flush to scalp. Not helpful with you have thin hair. Of course you can’t return.”

“I write very few reviews but felt this was a special product. I am so pleased and I have several sets. Even thought I have tape in ex extensions they can only go so far so I needed more at the scalp area. Also if one does fall out I can replace with a clip in one. A great investment”

“Love the light gray scalp fill-ins. Excellent hair quality, perfect color match, and easy to hide in my hair. Because of the way they are constructed, they are undetectable. And I love the added volume they give. But please use clips with the silicone protective strip underneath the clip going forward, to prevent hair breakage. An 18-inch length would also be great for these and also for the classic clip-ins. Thank you.”

“I used the color match option on their website and the ash brown ended up matching my hair perfectly! I have naturally curly hair but not a lot of density so this curly ponytail makes me feel so glamorous when I wear it. The hair its self is amazing quality and very soft!”

“Customer service: I had trouble color matching my hair and they worked with me to find the right match just in time for my wedding consultation. Even when I ordered a color that was too dark they expedited a color sample for me to try which was a perfect match. Product: The extensions are great. They aren’t to heavy and stayed in with no issues for the three days I wore them. They curl very nicely and hold shape.”

“Very soft, beautiful, and naturally thick. length is as stated on their website. Customer service is always helpful as well! Quality is always up to par, and always the brand I go back to even after trying other ones. Also the best seamless set I’ve ever tried, I have never needed to replace any clips. 10/10”

“I used tape-in extensions for a long time but decided to try a halo so that I could change things up and wear a ponytail or bun more easily. I tried another known halo brand but I could never get it to fit quite right and seem natural. The Luxy halo is such a better design; it’s easy to fit, comfortable, looks natural and the hair is beautiful. I’m so so happy with my Luxy extensions - I’m Luxy for life!”

“Color washed out of two out of three sets. Haven't shampooed third yet but not hopeful. I love the quality and colors, but can't shampoo and maintain original color”

“I was disappointed. I don't disagree with the weft method. I agree that there has to be some way to get people to see the color before opening the product. I agree that you can't resell an open product. When I opened mine and looked at my weft I thought that it was pretty close, but the blonde color that was sent doesn't match the picture that represents that color. The box doesn't have the color name on it, but it has a number, so there's really no way for me to know if they sent me the color that I ordered. When I reached out to customer service, they were very nice, but I feel like there are exceptions to every rule. I had originally asked if they had any pictures of models with the sandy brown balayage that I had ordered. She told me that since it was discontinued they don't have any pictures. I wanted to see how it looked elsewhere besides the only picture that they provided for that color. But the picture of the extensions of this color also don't match the picture of the bun that they provide. I was basing my color off of the hair extension color. The product description says that it will last up to 6 months. I'm sure I can make mine go longer, but I wouldn't have ordered it had I known that. I wouldn't have ordered it had I known it wasn't the same color as what was in the picture. I do like the feel of the hair and the weight is good.”

“First off, I just want to say how extremely disappointed I am with the quality of your hair extensions. They are TERRIBLE quality and you sell them for such an insane high price for what you get. Your prices should give good quality extensions but your extensions are SO BAD. You are literally robbing people and stealing their money. I’ve been purchasing hair extensions from Amazon. Because I have found really nice ones on there from time to time. But I wanted to get better quality extensions as the Amazon ones I found started to tangle really easily over the years and they would break off at the ends when you brush them. So I ordered from your website. TELL ME…….. WHY ARE THESE EXTENSIONS JUST AS HORRIBLE!??!!?? Your extensions cost me over $450 Canadian dollars, And they are just as bad as the Amazon ones!!!!!!! I have gotten 3 weeks of wear from your extensions, and they tangle and they break. And I am being so careful with them. Your extensions are absolutely awful, and I will NEVER purchase another set from you and I will tell other people how terrible your extensions are. These cost me over $450 CAD. And I feel like I have been ripped off! Your extensions SUCK! I want a full refund and if you refuse the refund, I will tell not only my friends about your crappy extensions, but I will be posting online as well. I know there are a lot of girls looking and always wanting extensions, so if you can’t refund someone for giving them TERRIBLE extensions, then you don’t deserve to have another customer ever again in the future. This is such a rip off!!!!!”
