“Is hair is good quality but The products are not great. The halo twelve inch was awful, it had too much hair at the ends, and was blunt cut at the bottom. It doesnt blend or style well at all. And the poneytaiI had to throw out.”

“Have been ordering the same hair from Luxy for years, had an issue with my last order but their customer service team was excellent. They completely rectified the issue and in a quick time period. It’s refreshing to see a company care about their customers and actually listen. They have definitely redeemed themselves and I will continue ordering from them in the future.”

“Everything about my experience with Luxy was amazing! I inquired some help from the Luxy team to ensure I got a perfect match and heard back from them super quickly. They recommended I get the 20” Dimensional Beige Blonde Halo and it was a perfect match! The halo was just what I needed for my wedding day and withstood 30mph winds 😅 10/10 recommend to anyone!”

“It didn’t match my bio hair at all. I couldn’t return it since I opened the box so I didn’t bother return it.”

“I’ve not even worn this hair out because it’s so thin and frizzy straight out the box. I read a lot of reviews and prayed that I didn’t get hair that was like the bad reviews and I did. If I could return it I would. Please don’t buy from Lucy there quality is not what they show online.”

“The bangs I received are very different from the sample piece of hair I had to buy to match my color. It’s very shiny and feels like plastic. This cannot be real hair or even semi real hair. It comes parted down the middle and impossible to make it a side part. The positive thing is it matches my hair color which doesn’t matter now because I can not wear this piece. Very disappointed and unable to return after you break the seal to reveal the bangs itself. This is a true and honest review.”

“I absolutely loved my pony tail piece I got (22”) and the 22” clip ins in off black were absolutely life changing!! Def recommend!! When they first arrived I was worried it wouldn’t be enough hair bc packaging feels and looks small and I have thick dense hair but it was the exact perfect amount! ❤️”

“First time ordering hair extension and I was so excited.But I realized when it arrives that the brown all have too much red in it even though it staes ash in the color. Ash should be cool neutral brown, not reddish so I had to return the product.”

“Love luxy’s extensions but recently I purchased curtain bangs and was greatly disappointed! they were really a bad choice. I really hate to mention it because I love Luxy Hair it truly is the best decision I ever made, so it pains me to mention this issue but I must be honest. Right? Otherwise, great customer service, and I have tried all of the extensions and truly love them. Thank you Luxy and staff!”

“I used to be a happy customer of Luxy for years and I never had any issue with my previous extensions. I ordered a lot of hair extensions in the past and never had any issue. However,this is the first time I am very dissapointed because I did not get enough hair in my Halo extensions.”

“I want to express my thanks to Luxy. This is my third purchase for my daughter. This is the first time I've bought the 16". We received our order fast, as always, but there was a small issue with the piece. I sent a massage to Luxy and they responded immediately and corrected the issue. Thank you! “I’ve been ordering Luxys for about 12 years, I always love when my new ones arrive ❤️❤️❤️ the only reason I gave 4 stars this time is because they weren’t as soft as all the others I have bought 🥺 They are still beautiful and I will always stay loyal to them. I just actually had to brush them out right out of the pretty pink box and I’ve never had to do that before.”
