“Following an inbound email that my leg warmers were back in stock (in black) I promptly ordered them. I was sent a blue pair. I followed the return procedure and no size small in black. I sent an email. No response other than an auto reply. Sent another email ...now business day 12...phoine messages left ....crickets....I would like to have this problem fixed quickly please.”

“I did include the cost of duty and shipping which ended up to he almost 40% of the value of the goods I purchased. This is a great product but it is too expensive to buy directly.”

“Ordered items were delivered within the expected timeframe. Quality of materials is superb. Just had an issue with the sweater which was not indicated on the product details page having a very relaxed fit. I even use the size recommending feature on their website but it did not help at all.”
