“Hi, I had a few issues using the site to make a purchase which I logged via the chat function - mainly that once I logged into my account and then went to check out, it kept asking me to login again. I also think it'd be great to be able to use gift vouchers instore and the LaB's as sometimes you want something ASAP and only being able to use a gift voucher online is a bit frustrating, especially when you want to purchase Melbourne LaB specific gear that's not avaiable online. But as always, there was someone to help with my questions and guide me through the process, so I really appreciate that. Thank you”

“Increase free shipping amount for ROW is too much, from $A 250 to 500. Even other hi-end brands like PNS, Assos, and Rapha does not have free shipping minimum amount of 500. $A350 or $A400 sounds reasonable or better for me. Hope you can review on this part. Thank you!”

“Maap has an incredible range of products and it fits me well. Only problem i encounted is that Maap don’t respond to E-mail with expediency. I have a problem with our local customs and it took you guys ages to reply. I still haven’t received my orders yet due to some details that our local customs needed from your end for them to release my parcel”

“So perfect product, this is Maap, good brand, top quality. Alt road is my favourite item, it’s suitable for the weather in south east Asia, I hope we could get more pockets on your product, like the cargo bibs, etc.”

“Although it’s a premium product I was still impressed with the presentation, packaging and quality. I ended up doing a second order a week later after trying on the kit/s due to how good it felt but also the style element with how it looks and feels on the bike. After spending 2k+ I might be good for a little while now but will definitely be keeping MAAP as my number 1 cycling clothing brand!”

“Fantastic looking well made premium clothes with fast shipping to Canada from Australia. Expect to pay a 13% duty on importation of clothing good plus sales tax as well. To date, MAAP makes my favorite gear.”

“Terrible experience this time. I have purchased MAAP twice and both were positive but this time was terrible. I purchased a jersey and two bib shorts. I forgot to put in the bundle option and contacted Customer service right away. The person replied back to tell me it is not possible and seconds later I received an email that products are shipped. It didn’t give me any time to cancelled or reorder the products.”

We're very sorry that you have had a bad experience ordering with us. We have had a look and can see you had already applied the Strava Reward discount code to the order and this is why we were not able to give you a further discount. We are sorry for the confusion there, our discounts can never be stacked and the Strava discount worked out a lot better for you. Hopefully, you got our last email where we explained this to you. When you request to cancel an order with us, the MAAP Support team checks and see if it's possible, in this situation the order had already closed off and it was too late to stop it. We are sorry for that! When the order is picked up from the courier at our warehouse and it's scanned in by the courier driver, the tracking takes a little bit of time to travel from the warehouse system back through to our systems. The email we send you does not trigger until it reaches our system which can be a few minutes and sometimes a bit longer after it's been picked up by the courier. This is why when you were speaking to us even though it was too late to stop the order shipping you had not received the email yet. We are very sorry that this was not the best experience for you. We do hope that your future experiences with us continue to be the positive experiences like you have had with us previously.
