“I bought a MAAP Tour Down Under jersey in Adelaide. After one washing, it had threads sticking out of the middle of one sleeve. I have never seen this happen in 15 years of buying cycling jerseys.”

“I have purchased twice recently both online and in the pop up store in Adelaide at TDU. I haven't ever paid that much for bibs or a top but you can definately see the difference in quality of MAAP kit. I much prefer to buy kit that is going to last more than a season or two and I know the MAAP kit will.”

“Public Possesionが大好きです。PAMも好きです。MAAPとこれらのブランドとのコラボレーションは本当に刺激的です。彼らのデザインを身に纏ってサイクリングできることはとても幸せです。このようなハイセンスなプロダクトを企画して実現できるMAAPはとても素晴らしい。クールだと思います。ただし、ジャージのファスナーの留め具部分にはカバーをつけるべきです。昨年の9月にMAAP + Public Possesionのジャージとビブを数点購入しました。着用してライドしてすぐ、ジャージのファスナーの留め具部分が鋭利だったせいでビブショーツに引っ掻き傷が付いてしまった。この品質は価格に見合っていないと思いました。他のブランドはこの問題を何年も前から解決済みです。しかし私の傷着いたビブショーツの件について、カスタマーサービスは本当に素晴らしい対応をしてくれています。尊敬に値する対応でした。この件をカスタマーサービスに指摘したところ、ビブショーツの交換について大変丁寧で、紳士的な対応をしてもらいました。一度は同じサイズの製品の代替品を送ってくれました。さらに「実はもう１サイズ大きいものが良いと思っている。使用していないので、もう一度変えてもらえますか？難しいとは思いますが・・・」とメールすると、快く受け付けてくれました。これは価格以上の価値がある対応だと思いました。本当に感謝しています。ありがとう。”

“The store experience was fine, the jersey (Emerge Jersey) i brought was not. I questioned this with the store person regarding the fabric feeling like it was going to be too hot, it feels like i am wearing a thick wetsuit. but i was assured it would not feel like thick while wearing, I wore it 2 times and will not wear it again, Its horrible.”
