“Love your gear but bought a bundle lately to take advantage of the 15% bundle discount and free delivery. Unfortunately the size chart for the shirt was way out and I then had to pay for return postage and redelivery which seemed a little off with the cost of the order”

“The sizing has really changed recently.. S has gone from super fitted to quite baggy, products are great but consistency with fit-or at least, an adjusted size chart. Thanks for a super smooth and fast return process though. Service is always top notch.”

“I’m from Canada and I ordered a beautiful jersey cost me 250 euros and 94 Canadian duty but the jersey is a medium a d I would need a size large on the site it’s say free return or exchange for full price item so I ask for exchange for a large but now I have to pay the shipping fee to Australia. And duty again to ship it back to me way to expensive I won’t order agai n”

“Terrible. Don't get me wrong. I love Maap products. I bought my third kit but I will be returning it. Just don't buy directly from Maap! It's a scam. At no single point in the process was I told about expensive duties. What retailer doesn't pay those duties? I bought from Maap distributors in the past and didn't have to pay duties. It was in the price. Meanwhile Maap is just greedy and takes that extra margin for themselves instead of passing only PORTION of the extra margin from cutting the middle man to the customer. Now they're getting a return so no profit at all. And a customer who will try a competitor instead. Well done Maap...”

Hi Hugo, Thanks for the detailed feedback, we'd love the chance to help resolve this so I've emailed you directly. For the record we're working with our E-commerce partners to make the duties imposed easier to see at checkout. Currently we fulfil Canadian orders from Australia so we have to comply with the import duties applied by your local government. Since you're in Montreal, a great way to avoid this would be to get in touch with your awesome local retailer who stocks MAAP, Le Club, at 3807 Saint-Denis Street.

“I bought some items on sale, items were dispatched quickly, the prices were reasonable, I liked the colour range and am overall happy with my order. My only issue (and it is in most brands current road jersey cut) is I find the sleeves a little tight and the shoulders too narrow on the smaller size (which fits according to the size chart), whereas a larger size the body is a little too loose. I know the pros are built that way but I focus on maintaining strength for overall health so have a bit more upper body muscle.”
