“Pretty dssapointed.. I ordered some kit, accidentally put the wrong address and emailed support instantly to change the address. I got word back quickly which was good saying the address has been changed. It was then sent to the wrong address. I was told another package would be sent, but after 3 emails to the help person I was dealing with I've heard nothing back. The kit for a riding trip so I've had to go without. Was my mistake to start with so not disgruntled but was under the impression there was a remedy...”

“Normally I am very satisfied with MAAP clothing, but this jacket was a rare disappointment. It would be nice to have an option to return products via post. I was only given the option to return via DHL, and now I have to go out of my way to drop off the package at the nearest outlet.”

“Maap products are always top notch. However, it's disappointing that the shipments are coming from Australia now instead of Utah. Delivery takes a much longer time. It's also curious that you don't get Australian pricing (which is lower than the US) now that it's coming from there.”

“Never had a problem with MAAP before, but this time it’s big.. my orders don’t appear on my account after purchase, wrong size, starting my return to get the right one, dropping package off … 10 days later no news, no refund or voucher… Sending mails to client service and getting no answer .. poor service for a brand such as MAAP Just now I am the opposite of satisfied”
