“Recently stacked it on my bike and ruined my gloves which I really like. I emailed MAAP and enquired about the crash replacement and recieved a quick response which I really appreciated. I have my new replacement gloves and love them just as much.”

“I like the kit. I like how the discount codes flow through to checkout without user entry. I like the discount for buying multiple items. I like the quick delivery. I would prefer if the filter selections remained after they were set. Clicking back resets them. I would prefer if the filtered items being displayed were more separate from the ‘you might also like” stuff shown below. It is too easy to drift down there, open something, see the size is not available, have to start again. I would prefer if you grouped “colour filters” and size filters. Currently I can / have to select L and Large. Or 5 different versions of black to get all options displayed.”

“Ari and Deve were very helpful with my situation with OnTrac. This evade jersey came but another order was simultaneously placed by wife and that order never came. Yet, OnTrac confirmed both deliveries were made. Took a picture of the item on both different order numbers. Posts it on OnTrac site. They never got back to me when I ask for an answer for the issue as of date. It’s been 2 weeks or more now I think. This has not happened once but a couple of times with OnTrac and Ari was always there to help and solve the issues this courier has caused me and your company. You may want ask Ari of the recent issue…such a hassle and embarrassment to my wife, who got an item for me this past Christmas. With co workers like Ari and Deve to assist to the their fullest efforts your company is in good hands.”

“Fast delivery and a good crash replacement policy. Products are of decent quality with 2 of my jerseys arriving with loose threads which isn’t ideal when they’re made to stretch”
