“I really wish MAAP used an e-commerce system that dealth with taxes and duties. I got my items, paid taxes for them via DHL, and have to go through a convoluted process to reclaim my taxes via DHL because of wrong sizing and the need to return some items. As of writing I'm still waiting for my returns to be processed so I can submit documentation proof to get my tax refund.”

“I bought a size S prime jacket during mid year sale Jacket turns out to be a bit tight and I wanted to exchange. Current policy is to refund and purchase again with store credit. This process is ok. I dont like is the payment for the postage”

“Kudos to the MAAP team. Your products excel in quality, fit, and design, and are complemented by rapid delivery. The summer kit is impressive, but the winter kit is truly outstanding. From the merino socks to the thermal tights, jersey, and jacket, you leave no room for winter morning excuses.”

“Excellent service and follow up sets you apart from competitors. My previous MAAP bib I purchased had a small defect, you guys were quick to rectify and offer a replacement. I had a bad experience with a competitor swiss brand thus initially, I was not hopeful that you guys will replace the bib. But I was left very impressed by the service and how you guys stand behind your product. I am a MAAP convert now and I wear MAAP only. Recent purchase was also fuss free and quick! I will keep coming back to buy more!!”
