“I had a very cold ride, returned home and turned to Maap! My deliveries came within a couple of days and now I’m winter riding in total warmth and comfort. Maap has never let me down.”

“Got my winter gloves replaced under warranty. This was a smooth process. But the shipping was not covered. As you cannot use a warranty voucher at the lab shipping should be covered”

“Purchased the evo bib cargo but was sent evo bib and tried to contact customer service. Lucy could NOT understand that I was sent the wrong product..Evo bib cargo and Evo bib and took 10 emails to explain to her, still NOT resolved. I'm still waiting for a response after 2 weeks time”

“I’m not sure if it’s me but I’ve almost found this jacket too warm. I’ve been riding in 6 degrees C in Melbourne (may) with normal short sleeve riding top underneath. I hope it’s nicer as we get further into winter. Any guidance on layering would be appreciated.”

“Purchased more items to get free shipping but got hit even harder with duty, taxes and fees from DHL. I've ordered from several international companies and this is the first time this has happened. Support was also not helpful and I wouldn't purchase from maap again.”
