“I bought a winter long sleeve jersey when on sale and am very pleased with it. Very comfortable and fits well. I have recently been looking to buy a jersey and knicks and have been considering MAAP. What usually holds me back is the expense of the kit. This same issue applies to almost all Aussie suppliers of quality kit. While I understand that quality can cost, I'd like to see brands like MAAP include more affordable ranges, so that people like me are not limited to purchases of sale items.”

“I've tried my new summer long-sleeve jersey but seem to have mucked-up my size selection. I might try to visit a shop-front (difficult in Brissie) to make sure that I choose the correct size before ordering online. What worked for LS winter jerseys didn't translate to a LS sun protection jersey. My bad, I'll know to size-up next time.”

“Hi MAAP, your clothing is excellent quality, lasts a long time. It cannot be faulted in that regard. The designs look great and I wear it with Melbourne Pride Summer and Winter with accessories also. Where my issues lie is the price mainly. There is so much competition out there right now and as it's less hurt on the wallet, and I have bought some cheaper kit. Yes, not as hard wearing, but ok to get around on those lesser days or on the trainer. it may not last as long, but it doesn't hurt at purchase time as much. As a father of three, these indulgences add up. I ride 300km + per week, road and mountain bike, I love your gear, but cannot afford to wear it all the time. I did have a discount code for a period, and at 30%, this made all of the difference. One other issue, the last Pro Bibs I bought, the MAAP branding on each leg peeled off within the first few washes. no other pair had this issue. rather than look tatty, I removed it. Sorry for the winge, but you asked! But I seriously love your gear!! Regards, David.”

“Dear MAAP, I really enjoy earing your kit. My pause for reflection: your sizing is left field of your competitors and is quite frankly disturbing. I am 64kg and 169 cm tall. In other cycling brands (Attaquer) I wear a small. In MAAP I have to wear a medium. The label itself means nothing to me. But cycling has body image issues. Thus a small person like me wearing a medium is an indication that larger people are wearing XXL. This has real potential to induce body dismorfia. Not to mention the simple act of trying to get the right size. I would ask MAAP to look at your sizing and make changes to reflect a more consistent labeling/fit with other clothing manufacturers. “Maap product always high quality, the problem often with the order that you paid and after a week they said no stock so they not update their system well. And the postage system is very slow, last time almost 2 months to arrived and contacted the Maap headquarter still can’t solved the problem! Please change with better courier service!”

“Design it really nice. Size is good. Quality is perfect. Would love a bit shorter in the front or the jersey. Would be nice to only have laser cut on the legs of the bib but overall, one of the best combo I have.”

“I really like all the people I interact with in store. They're really helpful and the stores are well stocked. However the gift vouchers are for online sales only so I couldn't buy anything in store. My business operates the same so I get it, but for a large company like this perhaps the integration could be looked into.”
