“Order got to me almost four days ahead of schedule despite an ongoing sale (and likely many other orders to ship out), even quicker than my previous order (which was also earlier). Materials wise, great as usual and fit of the jacket and jerseys were on point. Happy return customer here, no complaints!”

“Overall very good service and product quality. However the sale session can be more flexible. I order the order during the sales period and after I purchased the price got extra discount. I can’t even refund and reorder which is a bit unreasonable.”

“Great experience! The only thing i think could be improved in the future would be to get an option for DDP or like an extra discount to help offset customs. I knew about the customs beforehand so i wasn’t surprised, but i know i and a lot of people i know would order/order more that way Finally, the range of sizes is not at all inclusive which sucks a lot.”

“Overall the shopping experience was plasent. I found the filtering on the site need more options. I wanted only men's bibs that were on sale and found that I couldn't refine for that option so no had to scroll through the stock to eventually find them. Also there was a lot of times with no stock in large so that was also annoying.”

“I purchased from the Mid-Year Sale when I got early access, but just got an email offering an additional 10% off the current sale. This was a little disappointing since I already made my purchase. It might be worth adjusting this approach to avoid alienating customers who received early access or who bought early. I really like the product, it's just not great on the buyer experience side.”

“Wanted to give a 5 star but today I received an additional discount code after having made my purchase. Understand that's how you want to clear your stock but left a bad taste in my mouth. Other than that, everything is top notch! Fast delivery and quality products!”
