“Long term customer and fan of product. Staff always helpful and supportive. Product quality in psst 6-12 months been notably lower than historically - I’ve had a few items degrade, develop holes and come apart despite following product care guides. I still love MAAP but increasingly less certain about the gear”

“We went to the TDU in Adelaide in Jan were you had a pop up store ,I went on a few of your rides which were awesome I wanted to purchase the A tour jersey that you had ,sadly for me you ran out due to there looks and every body wanted one, I get your drops now i recently bought 2 pairs of you team socks great fit and looks .”

“The experience overall was great — smooth and well-executed. One piece of feedback I'd offer is around the buying process. It can be quite hard to figure out sizing and fit across different jerseys and bibs, especially since the cuts vary so much between collections. I often find myself guessing and hoping it works out, which sometimes means going through returns and exchanges — not only a hassle, but it also feels at odds with MAAP’s strong sustainability message. For a brand positioned at the intersection of performance and conscious design, I think there’s room to improve the try-and-buy experience so it feels more aligned with that vision”

“My latest experience did not start well. I was on a beautiful ride in Windsor with my friends, on a glorious day. We were riding through Windsor park, me chasing my mate, when a random cyclist turned in front of us without any indication, causing us to crash badly. I landed on my butt, only to be saved by my lovely forest green Maap bibs. My bike was bruised as was I, and had to wrap my mate’s Maap jacket around my waist to get home with dignity. After nursing my wounds a bit, contacted Maap for crash replacement. As always amazing customer service, and had a code that I used to get lovely new kit in a couple of days. Silver lining in its best form.”

“Its has taken me several years to get on the MAAP train, preferring to go with other high end (or so I thought) brands. Either those brands have lost their way, or the quality (in product or Customer Service) doesn't quite match up to the price tag. On the kit, what I have bought is pretty simple (Evade mostly), solid colours but the little details on the kit sets it apart. Ride feel is great, it looks smart and fits great. What impresses me the most, is the customer service, every interaction has been spot on. The team are quick to respond, quick to resolve and the little gestures to make sure you go away having a good experience is what makes you want to but more. I should have got on board sooner...”

“Purchased online for the new MAAP x Kask helmet and received it in the second day from Melbourne to Sydney! The helmet looks great but just found out the adjustment ring on the back of the helmet was not working properly. Email to MAAP enquirer for assistance and they responded in an hour and offered to ship me the replacement! What a great service experience ever! 2 thumbs up for the team and the brand! Thanks!”

“After purchasing many items from MAAP in the past my recent buy last week was very disappointing. The quality of the jersey was no way close to previous jerseys I have bought in the past. The cut and the material was not up to previous standards.”
