“Great product and support. However, you guy really need to figure out the duty situation. Increasing the international shipping threshold to $500 is insanity. My order was only around $200 in value and I was charged $80+ in duties and taxes. Your Aussie based competitors now include shipping and duties at a lower price point. This is more so infuriating because I'm receiving a replacement product because of warranty purposes.”

“I recently bought a pair of Team Evo thermal bib tights. Medium is the perfect fit for me (6ft, 77kg), and could not be happier with the tights! But that's not why I'm writing this review. After a few rides I had an issue with the stitching on one of the legs, and the customer support I received from MAAP to quickly resolve the issue and sort me out with a new pair was way above my expectations and shows why they are a premiere brand in the cycling space! Always love heading out in my MAAP kit, and looking forward to the next addition.”

“It was easy to order, however my order didn’t get processed for over 2 weeks after I contacted MAAP. The customer service agents were VERY helpful and got that addressed asap”
