“delivery was a bit slower then expected but i guess it was due to the increased order(order number changed for some unknown reason but i got the product...). The package was simple and i somehow prefer envelope over box wrapping so i liked it. Overall, i am satisfied. I ordered for the next season therefore the delay was not a big deal for me.”

“I love the website, marketing, packaging, comms and 90% of the gear. I tried buying a crop this time (which is difficult to buy without trying on) but the length of the top is way too long. I'm 5'2 so I know that can be tricky but I have e.g. a Patagonia crop and it's totally fine. I can tell that even if I size down there is no way it would fit as there is so much excess fabric over the shoulders. I'm not sure if this has already been revised but I don't think anyway who is short to average height would be able to wear the crop tops. It would also be really great if your size tables included some extra measurements relevant to the item being purchased, women's bodies are more variable in shape so more difficult to buy online. Ideally for a crop top you could also say what bra size the model wears rather than just their height. Other than that love everything else. Bought my first leggings this time and they are A+ love the seamless ankle.”

“Recently ordered gear for my wife, first transaction was fine, second transaction was not as easy. Received an email from MAAP telling me that there was an alert from my financial provider and I was asked to supply my ID plus a copy of my card number (last four digits), I found this to be rather strange. Called MAAP on Monday and the customer service representative explained the situation to me and told me that my order was already processed. Happy customer, however a little confused. Great cycling gear by the way.....”

“I really like the cut and fit of the MAAP jerseys. My only criticism is that the colour range could be improved. Limited colours and many designs I don't really like, but perhaps other people do like them so personal preference only. Normal prices are too high for me so I only purchase during sale periods. But I do like the product very much.”
