“When the jersey I had ordered arrived with a stain on it I contacted MAAP and you guys were great, instead of me having to return the jersey you gave me a store credit so I could buy another one, I appreciate good after sales service and because of this I will continue to buy MAAP with confidence. Cheers 👏🏼”

“I'll start off by saying I like MAAP's products a lot. It's probably my favourite kit right now. I've ordered from MAAP a couple times directly during their archive sales. DHL has been the courier both times and they are very bad at calculating tax and duties so both times I've had to self clear my package (which is very time consuming). This also stems from the fact that MAAP puts the full retail MSRP on the invoices and not the discounted price. Since I'm located in Canada the charges for duty and tax are exorbitant...so you usually end up only saving a little relative to local cycle shops prices. It would be nice to a. Have the correct MSRP put on the invoices b. Not use DHL or c. Have an all inclusive service like Rapha (where I presume they are registered to pay Canada HST).”

“Bought the Alt-Road SL Jersey as I have the LS one (and love it) and this one is just as good. Merino is great for long days out exploring. Its slightly thicker than a summer jersey and yet to see how it goes in the heat, quality is 10/10. Super fast postage, especially as I am in a regional area and sometimes our postage is slow and takes the long (extra carbon kilometres) way to get here.”
