“Overall, the quality control of the products is pretty good. I bought your products because I like the design. But In the way of product style, can there be a clearer product classification? One is young and trendy, and the other is mature and elegant. Just my personal opinion”

“All the jerseys short/long just perfectly fit my body, and the colorway and the touch of the fabric also matched the price. I would suggest adding more definition to the "Sizing & Fit" section so customers could know the stretch of each model and whether should go for the smaller one/larger one on the vest/jacket/long jersey.”

“Apparel design looks ordinary but when you wear them, they really look astonishing and amazingly fit to your body. I love the zip and bib firmness. The vibrant color and matching tone. I just wish the bib can be cheaper in price”

“I brought at pair of knicks and Maap would not fulfil order. Firstly the said issue with payment. Then they said l was getting a refund. If there was an issue with payment how then do l get a refund. Their story kept changing. I thought an order was an legal binding contract. Apparently not. The order even reached my town only to be diverted at the last minute. Not good enough”

“Shipping was insanely slow and way too expensive. Taking a week to get it shipped out but only having a $20 offering for express shipping? Sure once Australia Post gets it, it may be quick, but the wait is longer than an order from another company anyway. $20 shipping was 1/4 of my order value as well, was going to be 1/3rd. That is far to high for no apparent reason.”

“Maap is one of the few cycling brands that is my go-to for jerseys because of its quality material. However, I'm pretty upset that it has recently increased its minimum spend for shipping internationally. :(”
