“A good experience! Easy to navigate the website with the all the information and pictures needed to make a decision on what to purchase. Quick delivery and a simple return process for an item that didn’t fit. I’m just a commuter cyclist so not into the racing, training side of cycling but have still found plenty of items that are suited to a more casual ride and rider :) Thanks!”

“I often receive packages with dirty packaging, clothes without swing tags, and even received a sample garment once, which is totally unacceptable. Some clothes show obvious signs of being tried on. They don't inspect them before sending them out.”

“All excellent but I have to receive my refund for a product returned. It would've been a 5 otherwise.”

Thanks for the review, Rob! Sorry you hadn't received your refund for your return. We can see that it was sent back to you on the 5th of March so hopefully you'll see it on your statement. It can take 3-5 business days to show depending on the banks processing time. Let us know if you still don't have it by reach out to us at info@maap.cc and we'll help you get this resolved as soon as we can.
