Lisa has been so helpful and motivational for me - I think she is the perfect person that could have been paired with me. One of the many things that have been so helpful is that when I get discouraged or need a little break, I can check in with her and she will offer other options and suggestions. This really helps to take that little break you need and not completely give up or derail! I've given up so many times in the past and I think if I would have taken that approach instead, I would have been able to jump back in a short time later. I feel like I could take any tracking/exercise problem or discouragement to her and she would help me figure out a different approach to help me maintain/reach my goals until I can get 100% back on track.
