I’m still waiting to receive my order. I wrote to you guy’s to know where is my parcel, still no reply from you. The link you sent to me to track my shipment never worked. What should I do? If you feel the order is too much for your company to handle, please refund my money. Thank you.

I made an order but a few minutes later, I remembered I did not order everything I needed. I canceled the order and re ordered. To my surprise I was sent two separate orders thus causing me double charges on shipping. When I tried to call customer service,the phone line gives different options but when I click them it keeps telling me I’ve clicked the wrong button etc. very frustrating because there’s no one that I can talk with to express my problem. Tried online help yo order some product I was able to order last year. I explained what I wanted and I kept getting the message “ what can I help you with?” Very poor customer service/ communication team:

MAKARI ROBES CUSTOMERS FROM THEIR PRODUCTS AND MONEY WHEN ITS SYSTEM DELIVERS PRODUCTS AT THE DIFFERENT ADDRESS. THE LEAST THE COMPANY CAN DO IS TO RESHIP TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND INVESTIGATE THE MATTER. THE COMPANY KEEPS YOUR MONEY AND AS A CUSTOMER YOU ARE OUT OF PRODUCTS AND MONEY ALL TOGETHER. IT IS WRONG.

It has ruined my skin and face. I have a very severe acne as a result of using your products and I even reached out for a help and all I got was a video from the website. I’m super disappointed and will not recommend any of the products to anyone.

Very poor service, how can you be told after paying for your goods that the store is on a short break, that should be clearly stated before check out and then when you asked for a refund, you are told your goods have been shipped. I should have rated no star if possible

I got the makari antiseptic exfoliating soap and it gave me rashes all over my face.. I called to let them know what was going in with the soap I ordered but did not a good response ...I will not be purchasing that soap anymore,I had to trash the soap away.....thanks

You guys are horrible with customer service. 4 of my orders never came for more than 1 month I kept on calling, sending massages until I concealed my bank card. That’s not right.

I ignored the UK store and bought three face serums from your US store and paid all that shipping because I specifically needed the white creamy serum, since the oily serum earlier gave me serious breakouts. I was still sent the oily one which wasn't what was advertised on your US website. I complained and was told I will be sent just one creamy serum as compensation, but that was also not sent to me till date. All that money I spent have gone to waste and it is unfair.

I received a bottle of serum filled with oil in stead. And no one is addressing my issue though I am trying to contact you by all means available! This is so UNFAIR.
