“I am so disappointed in the way I was treated by Makari considering the fact that I have been a loyal customer for more than two years now. I bought a baby lotion, baby oil, baby wash, cologne and it got spilt in the box when it arrived and I took pictures when they arrived. I contacted Makari but I did not get any replacement. It took more than two months to get a reply and I have still not had any replacement of those items. They asked for pictures which I sent to them and then they sent me to a third party that I do not know. I bought the items from makari and not from that third party.”

“I’ve used this product for 7yrs now.It seems the quality has been reduced cos it’s not giving me the same results like before. I use the soap,lotion,glycerin,day and night cream but it’s not working.pls bring back the old Makari that we know”

“My order was messed up and I received the wrong item. Contacted customer service but no response until 3 days later cos it was on a Friday evening. Then the product I initially ordered could not be sent cos Makari ran out.”

“Most of your coupons on line dose not work. I called in did my order with an agent over the phone that promised to send me samples with my order that never came as usual. I had requested to have your catalog multiple times they will confirm it but sadly never received any!!! I also sure the 12% promised for this review is not real🤣”
