“I call for package not received the lady who got me on the was very rude not customers service and im not appreciate. I m always customer more than 5 years in Belgium and 12 years in USA im not happy. for the product is good quality and I usually got my package on time”

“I received my order a few days ago, but due to my pretty busy schedule I had not opened up the packaged yet and decided to leave it in my room until I’m ready to try it out. I opened up the pastel today and I was terribly disturbed to see that the cleaning toner has leaked all over the other products! Everything in soaking wet in the toner and the bottle is completely empty! Pictures and videos below to show you. I would like a full refund of the money I paid for the toner or at least a nieuw one. Thank you.”

“SINCE 5TH of March I purchased my product and I have no idea of it location. I am in Canada as a visitor I will be moving soon, 20 days after no product. No answer from the customer service even when they do, the communication is not clear. Your products are highly expensive but your services are poor in terms of helping costumers. Please works on that and it will be fine. Thanks”

“I had a terrible experience. It took over a month for me to receive my items. Apparently, there was an issue with the address I provided - and Makari needed a street address instead of a P.O. Box. But there was no communication after I placed the order - no one reached out to me for an updated address. I had to get in touch weeks after my order to follow up! And even after that, the response wasn’t swift. I eventually received my items but personally, this was NOT good customer service.”
