I have just taken receipt of 2 cotton tops, I can only describe them as rags. One of the tops wasn’t even in the plastic bag it was meant to be in, the bag was ripped and just pushed in the box as an afterthought. One of the tops described as white, was far from white instead a sickly cream colour. Both tops are made in India, we have been visiting India for over 20 years and have purchased better quality tops from the beach sellers. Which, leads me to believe M&S are exploiting the poor workers in India with the prices they charge here in the UK, you are without a doubt a disgrace. From now on I will only buy from M&S if I know it’s British, you really need to get your act together.

Ordered several pieces of jewellery on behalf of my elderly mother via click and collect, received email saying the order would be sent in 2 different packages- this was perfectly acceptable. Got an email to say package 1 was in store, went to collect it, when i got home found the envelope empty. Went online to customer services, was repeatedly told the 2nd part of my order would arrive shortly - no acknowledgement of the fact the first order was obviously tampered with. Have repeatedly tried to contact customer services but have been ignored. It has now been 2 months & I have not received the 2nd package either. Had to explain to my mother who has been a life long customer of M & S - she is bitterly disappointed. We will not be shopping online or instore with M & S again and will be advising others not to do so either.

The strawberries are dreadful, they are hard and I cut away the hard white insides and am left with very little. I will never purchase them again.

Using online ordering on my mobile was a dreadful experience. I had to input address details 4 times which concluded me entering an incorrect number unnoticed until after delivery!! It then wouldn't accept payment via PayPal or card and eventually my partner tried with his card. Very stressful, shouldn't be that difficult, now hoping my friend can retrieve her delivery from a neighbour! Also the website says next day delivery available but always that date is crossed out and you have to choose the following day.

I found the M&S toilet facility in your Inverurie food shop disgusting. 2toilets —- 1 which was out of order . The toilet I did use was awful . When I flushed it the cistern was certainly NOT working properly . I think 🤔 the whole store & coffee shop needs a REVAMP . VERY disappointing for M&S . Having visitedAsda restaurant & toilet room it was streets ahead . Fresh& clean NOT what one would expect from M&S . Inverurie .🤦‍♀️

Having had a poor experience trying to buy a ladies top online(out of stock). Then received an email saying now in stock.Immediately went online again to be told out of stock. My wife then went in to M&S Handforth and found a dress she liked..Unfortinately it was too small and she was told to go to the cash desk and order a larger size for collection. After an interminable wait as one machine out of order the assistant couldn’t scan it as the hand held machine was being used by another assistant (do you not have one per desk?)Finally the assistant tried but couldn’t find it so called someone else. This time a young man came and after checking said “sorry this dress has only come in this week,So is not available online.Sorry can’t have it” Totally frustrated my wife left the store and M&S lost a sale.Is it really correct that new items in store can’t be accessed on line?

Very disappointed you are lying to your customers, why are you false Advertisinh with a poster of a happy cow? when you know full well this in'st the truth😤😡 it makes me very angry that stores like yourself promote people to buy dairy just for your profit greed. I would respect the store more if you told the truth of where the stolen calfs milk really came from! happy animal posters should only be shown by vegans🤨🧐😡

As it was my birthday I received 2 deliveries of M&S flowers from dear friends, relying on previous quality bouquets. Both arrived ‘dry’, without water, so had drooped and in the case of the roses, lost a lot of petals or died. The senders would have been so disappointed and deserve their money back except I won’t be telling them to avoid upsetting them.

Just had the M&s Portobello mushroom and mascarpone quiche. Very disappointing it was tasteless and looked grey and unpleasant. We had it with one of their Greek salads which although was within its use by date it was just going over with over ripe tomatoes and mushy cucumber and cheese. The pack of figs we bought at the same time were over ripe and inedible. Overall disappointing

Terrible customer service from M&S, dimissed my furniture claim without answering the questions. Bought a Love Seat from them and have issues with the quality but despite sending photos and a narritave they simply said it was all okay and closed the case, took 4 weeks to respond. Shocked at the way they handled it

why does m/s have different prices for the same food items depending where you shop I could understand if we were talking about the west end or the city of London but I am talking about Dalston/ Kingsland being more Expensive on nearly every food item than Ilford Essex, ie Crisp, sweets, Fruit, meat. we are talking anything from 5 pence more per item up to 20 pence per item which mounts up when purchasing a few items. WHY ??

I have been a regular shopper at M & S for over 20 years, and that includes spending vast amounts on food and clothes. However after the underwear inspired range of George Floyd, I am so appalled and disgusted that I will never step foot inside any of their stores ever again whilst they are playing the woke or BLM card nonsense. Celebrating a career criminal, who crimes amongst others includes holding a gun to the stomach of his pregnant girlfriend. Completely disgusted by M and S.

Bought the Roast Chicken and Avocado sandwich. Showed promise but tasted like cardboard. Can't distinguish the avocado, chicken or spinach due to the over flavoured-what? Mayo with basil? Hard to tell as it was so bad. I didn't finish the other half which is not like me. And no, I haven't lost my sense of taste due to covid. M&S has dropped it's standard while still enjoying high prices.

Website drives me to despair I try to shop at M&S and sometimes feel totally defeated by the experience. In store the likelihood of finding my size is very low indeed. Online the navigation is poor, links often disconnect or do not respond. Items are shown as in stock and you only find out they are not once you reach the final payment stage at checkout. Again the popular sizes are rarely available but the product is shown even if you have filtered ( I am size 12 in clothing, 5 in shoes). There is far too much choice in products and too many confusing brands. M&S should be enough, and if I want to shop at Seasalt I would and do go to their website. The quality seems to have gone down the pan and I have had to return a high proportion of orders because if this. I have wasted hours of my life on the website. I completely understand why M&S clothing is performing so badly and it should be simple to sort it. Other brands with smaller floor areas manage it do why can't M&S?

M & S OUR BEST EVER PRAWN COCKTAIL @ £6.00. Well if that is the best you can do, I would hate to taste the worst. This was truly dreadful. Far too much 'luxurious' cocktail sauce - the flavour overwhelmed the prawns and was not good.

I about my treatment regarding a sofa bed I purchased online and paid for. There was an 8 week delivery. This suited me. After about 9 weeks I called to enquire about the sofa. He apologised saying for some reason they has not forwarded the order. He flagged this, and that I should receive notice soon.. I have called several times since, but waiting time is too long.. My work doesn't allow for me to.be.on the phone indefinitely tracking down my sofa.. I called this morning 5th June..13 weeks from my order.. After about 80 minutes being sent from piller to post,I was informed that they don't deliver to my address, therefore the order had not been made.. Not once in this whole fiasco was I informed that they don't deliver.. you sat on my money the whole time with not one piece of information. He did offer me to re order and it would take another unknown length of time..then I arrange to pick it up.. I feel completely let down by this company. This is not even to mention my disappointment with your flower deliveries..which is another matter.. I have sold my sofa while anticipating my new one.. What an absolute cowboy set up
