The best thing Marks+ Spencers did was going in with the BP Garages you may pay a wee bit more but its worth it. the staff are amazing and do BP proud so quick and covenant love it

Unauthorized purchase charged to my account. Told via chat that had to resolve the issue by phone and that would be an international call for me and likely cost more than the charge. I had never heard of this company prior to this unauthorized charge. PayPal was of no help.

I use MandS Food in Dartmouth for my shopping but also to collect and return clothing orders. I have just been served by Sarah P, to collect an order. Sarah was kind, helpful and extremely pleasant. A credit to your store.

I wish aim could give zero stars as that’s all they deserve. I placed an order for a birthday gift for my Sister. Tracked the parcel on the day it should have been delivered. Two hours after the delivery time I was given I received a message from useless Yodel informing me the parcel had been delivered and signed for by my Sister. When I spoke to her she told me the parcel had not been delivered and she had been home all day. After many many emails I was horrified to find out the driver had delivered the parcel to a woman in the next road. Following my complaint the driver tried to get the parcel back but the thief refused to hand it over. Yodel’s advice to me was to ask M&S for a refund. I am disgusted a the service from both companies. M&S Customer services have been absolutely awful. Most of the time they don’t even know what I’m complaining about and keep mentioning fresh flowers! I have no idea why as I did not order fresh flowers. The standard of their replies is shocking and English clearly is not the first language of the Customer Service Team. I have lost count of the number of people who have replied to my emails. I have never had the same person deal with my emails. My Sister now has no birthday present while some thieving woman is enjoying her gift. The worst thing is my Sister knows who the woman is but I don’t think she should have to put herself at risk by knocking on the door to ask for it back. I think the least that M&S could have done was send a goodwill gesture to my Sister but they haven’t bothered to do that and neither have Yodel. M&S have had their last order from me. The service all round has gone downhill and there are much better stores/services out there.

Tried 4 times to place an order. Each time was timed out, claiming no activity for 30 minutes. Total time much lower than this. No given up, will go elsewhere.

The slow cooked pulled belly pork with apple sauce and some crumble is dire. Big layer of gelatinous fat takes up over half the meat and the flavour is way too salty and unnatural . Not crispy at all when cooked acc to instructions . After one mouthful went in bin . First truly bad experience ever from Marks so I’m not a picky customer at all !

I have just received my purchase of your pure cotton Brodere Anglaise bedding set. To say after washing it I was disappointed is an understatement. I thought it was a very thin fabric but after washing and ironing before using it, I was so very disappointed with how very thin the fabric is. It’s absolutely paper thin and for the price of £90.00 I was extremely disappointed. If I was to use this bed set on a very regular basis I am not sure it would last 3 months. I have several sets so am able to alternate so it’s just as well it’s not going to used on a very regular basis. I am so very disappointed M&S won’t be purchasing anymore bed sets. John Lewis/Dunelm & Laura Ashley are so much better value for money and a much better quality.

My husband and myself visited M and S at Ventura shopping centre at Tamworth to buy him a suit for our son's wedding. We had excellent service from the assistant Wendy and went away completely satisfied. Thank you.

Awful. Placed two order for bedding yesterday (Tuesday) which we need for the weekend. Both items showing as available for collection by this Friday. Received confirmations. Then received emails today saying they had been delayed until 7th and 8th August. Spent 20 minutes navigating a chatbot with someone who clearly doesn't know much English and then asked for their UK Customer Services number. Called Customer Services and spoke to what sounded like a young woman who told me ordered could not be cancelled because 'The Computer Says No'. Pointed out that I have been missold and was entitled to an immediate refund but got the same answer back repeatedly. Pointed out that this was against the law and got the same answer back again. Ended call. I will never shop with M&S again.

I have to say the general manager has lost all control if two of her staff can do what they did to the innocent shopper. he or she is as guilty as the pair involved they say your as good as your leader. Trustpilot 7 th of June so very wrong

I'm old school and M&S used to stand for quality. Having sent the wife several times to buy me underpants I went myself and found the perfect style/ fit. Trunks with an A opening. Bought two packs (10 pairs) but despite rotation I've just binned a pair as large hole has appeared in the crutch area and several of the others are also showing signs of wear and tear. Looks like Marks have foregone quality to maintain margins. I will just have to look elsewhere in future. On another point why do Marks not reply to these reviews or do they just not care. How times have changed.

We had a lovely lunch in M snd S, Elcipse park, Maidstone yesterday. We loved the jacket potatoes so much that we asked Yvonne (worker in the cafe) if she knew what ingredients were in the Coleslaw. To our surprise, she went and got the coleslaw packet with the ingredients written on it, for us to take a photo of. Yvonne, you are a star, thank you! We were also so impressed by the speed and quality clearing of tables she was keeping up with. To keep on top of it when the cafe was FULL of people, due to the extreme heat, her customer service was superb!

Order 301-0039338-1708280 I placed an online delivery which I was told would be in store for collection on 18/7/22; it wasn't. Then I was told it would be available for collection 19/7; it wasn't. Then I was told it would be available for collection 20/7; it isn't. I am leaving on a trip tomorrow at 9.00 am so delivery tomorrow (in the unlikely event that that happens) is of ABSOLUTELY NO USE TO ME. If I had realised that Marks & Spencer do not meet their own delivery commitments I would have shopped elsewhere. This is far too late to be an option to me now as I am currently at work until 8pm. So due to M&S's unreliability I will be leaving on my holiday short of several much-needed items. NOT HAPPY, AS YOU MAY WELL IMAGINE. Sincerely Janet Smith (Mrs)
