Just had valentine's meal it was awful. The food was in date on the packaging but was obviously out of date . Discusting.

It's been 3 months and I have not received a refund on my gift card. So I bought some stuff from M&S using a gift card. the order number is: 301-0016594-1748586 M&S confirmed via email that a refund should be available back on my existing gift card. So it been three months have not received either a new gift card with the balance or a refund in an existing gift card. Poor service from M&S. Regards,

Bought a box of M&S Rope grown Scottish Mussels. On the box front states serves 2. Half pack provides 1.73g of salt. Turn over the box and it says 500g = (2 x 250g). The confusing issue here is it works out that half of each 250g pack has 1.73g of salt so the total overall is a whopping 6.92g of salt in this 'Healthy' meal. Beware, blood pressure.

Ordered a pair of men's trousers on line, received a Ladies cheap and nasty fleece . immediately phoned Customer services and after waiting 35 minutes gave up. Rubbish service never to be repeated.

An item has gone missing from M&S that was sent by Royal Mail. Both are not responding and and it’s been a long time since other order was placed. It’s a winter item and we will be in Spring soon. M&S don’t care as they have been paid. Very unprofessional and dishonest!

Terrible service after an order of mine has gone missing. Nobody has been helpful whatsoever and all of it is outsourced which makes it 10x harder to get sorted.

Roast duck a l'orange (2 legs) purchased from the Hale Food Hall last week was horrible. The meat was stringy and there was no taste of orange. I arranged orange segments to garnish but was unable to chew the duck. this product should be withdrawn as it does not meet the usual quality of M&S food

What has happened to M&S? Recently tried to find out where an order that’s at this point five days outside the nominated delivery date. I hadn’t realised before how poor the M&S online service is how can they get it so wrong! Wasn’t this years Christmas offering awful. Christmas has meant M&S for years for our family. The quality was so poor this year I shall order from my local butcher/fishmonger in future. Poor quality and service means that M&S are no longer an option.

Ordered 4items 3 different couriers. 2 items not delivered over 2weeks later Hermes is the worst courier ever. DPD and Royal Mail ok. Thankfully received refund from M and S. Drop Hermes

I ordered a cake about a month in advance and when I arrived at the shop they said it was damaged and refused to give it to me. The cake was for a very special occasion. Don't buy cakes from here, they are unreliable, would never recommend. M and S Monmouth

Paid for next day delivery but will not receive why have I paid for next day and will you refund postage. Mind you you used the worst delivery company , I be lucky to receive it at all.

I have been experiencing very bad online service of Marks and Spencer's service, whereas, there store service is excellent. Online customer service people are just good for nothing with false promises to take up the matter and look into it. Once I have placed an order of a package with combo items, but I received one out of the two. since the day I had received it I had called up so many times, and asked them either you send the other one or you take back the one you have delivered and refund my money. Nothing had happened. Though I had this bad experience again I had placed an order - that is a beauty product offer, where you buy four pay for three. After few days one of the article was delivered in damaged condition. No sooner I received I called and sent them an image of the broken bottle spoke to them, wrote to customer service. It is been almost 15 days, no action had been taken. and then out of the rest of the three I received one product and in my account in their website it shows all the items have been delivered. So I called up again, wrote to them, some ticket from their side has been raised. but till date no action. So again I called up when someone from Customer Service said the refund had been issued. wait for a day or two. So again I waited. and now today when I called up again to find out what is the situation the Customer Service lady said, that no return, no refund had been raised from their end. Its disgusting and very annoying. I have experienced their online order service in Bombay and now in Kolkata. So Please think twice before using their service online.

This Christmas I bought four packs of M&S party food, at £7 each. One of these offerings were so tasteless that I can't even remember what it purported to be. I almost choked on the duck croquettes as there was a piece of tendon or gristle or something in the one I had. The lobster/ macaroni pots were a total let down (incredibly bland and definitely not worth £7). Worst of all though, were the 10 x mini beef wellingtons. The word 'bland' would have been a compliment for them. They were utterly disgusting. There was a strange vinegary after taste, which not only ensured that we each had one bite and discarded the rest, but made me really angry that I'd paid a premium price for what should have been a premium product, then had to throw it all away. I bought buffet food from Tesco this year too and it was much more reasonably priced and far superior in comparison. I'm very disappointed in M & S this year and I certainly won't make the same mistake again. Their packaging may look fancy, but don't be fooled. You don't always get what you pay for.

Disgusted at M&S the willows Torquay. The food hall is over crowded very difficult to social distance. Complained to a member of staff monitoring entry numbers to the food hall, their response was it’s up to individuals to keep 2 meters apart and it’s so busy because of the offers they have on. Yes individuals have a responsibility but so do M&S have a duty of care to limit how many people are shopping to make it possible to social distance. I felt sacred and vulnerable and will not go in that shop again. Clearly M&S do not care about their staff or customers

Poor quality clothing. Customer service did not handle returns promptly. They wanted me to return faulty item in store for something I purchased online. Emailed their CEO and they offered a gift card. Complained again and I will get an email from HSBC within the next 3-5 working days to enter my details into the portal and finally get a refund. Horrible company to deal with. Lost yet another customer!

Ordered a beef Wellington for Xmas eve dinner and I have to say it was awful. My wife made a beef Wellington last xmas and it was a 100 times better than this. The beef came from Shropshire Longhorn beef and the mushrooms from tescos and it was amazing. M&S you need to change your supplier of beef. Tasteless and bland. Never again and not worth £50 odd quid !!!

Just spoke to an incompetent customer service rep in Retail Team. After spending 20 mins holding to be advised by the online team, he needed to transfer me to the retail team, who would be happy to help! Spoke to an incompetent lady!!! Advised her that I had a product issue with some bedding I had purchased in store, and due to being under Tier 4 lockdown I was unable to go into a store to return the item for a full refund. She did not have a clue!!! Told me I could go into a store and collect the item or I could send a friend to collect my food!! ??? I told her once again due to Tier 4 lockdown restriction we have been told to stay home by the UK Government! Again she just continued to tell me to go to a store and return my faulty product or send a friend! I advised her that she did not understand what I was saying, which she insisted she did, talking over me, again telling me to go back to the store to return the product or send a friend...Or wait till we are out of Tier 4 lockdown! I advised her no one knows when Tier 4 lock down will be lifted and I was not willing to wait for months for a refund. Requested to speak to her Manager and her name and she hung up on me!!! Absolutely disgusting incompetent service!
