Recieved a damaged planter. Was told a replacement would be sent. Got 2 delivery dates but no delivery. No replies to e mails. Eventually on line chat said as it was a gift I could not get a replacement. Totally unacceptable service from marks and Spencer.

Visiting Rushden M&S - everyone so very helpful and especially Jacque on the tills - from the Northampton M&S - until it sadly closed down - lovely to see a very friendly and helpful face

Used to buy the same clothes in the 80's 90's so we moved on to more exciting up to the minute shops...sorry M&S but shape, fabric, colours so so boring

Still awaiting the flowers and Prosecco I was to receive on Friday May 15th for my birthday from my mum. Flowers only arrived on time, however they were extremely limp and sparse. Was told they would be reissued and to expect them Sunday, they did not arrive. The original flowers did not have a gift card either and therefore I had no clue who sent them or that Prosecco was missing. Extremely poor service.

Hello, I would like to applaud Marie at the front door welcoming Marks & Spencer customers at your Port St,Stirling, Scotland store. Marie does a wonderful job in directing customers round the store in a safe way. She is always pleasant, smiling and happy to help. 10/10!

Without fail service always top marks and following a long stunk shopping elsewhere, and visiting the food hall yesterday I am coming back. The tapas foods were delicious, actually everything was. I am coming home 😁

Received garden planter today. Not what I expected for price. Soil tipped out, only lavender and a past it’s best white flower. What looked like a geranium broken off in the box. Nothing like the picture and very small. Very disappointed !!

As usual M and S Winchester branch are brilliant. The staff are fantastic and always friendly. I’m so happy they are trying to make shopping in the food department as normal as possible at this awful time. No arrows , but everyone respecting the social distancing as far as we can in a small store. It’s nice to have a normal experience shopping at the moment. Compared to other supermarkets I’ve been into M and S rise above the rest. I have also ordered online items for my elderly mother. She was delighted when Hermes delivered them four days earlier than they said on the website. One member of staff in Winchester who is usually Cafe staff , but now on the food department till , is just lovely. Always has time to chat to you. She’s a delight. We look forward to that M and S Cafe party !! Thank you M and S.

A lifetime shopper at M & S but the food department at The Gyle, Edinburgh, allowed couples in to shop together and you had to approach the food area by way of clothing/underwear, toiletries so people stopped to look and held up other people behind. No regulation of distancing by anyone - thought M & S would lead the way doing Covid19 but I am disappointed by their lack of care.

Why are M&S letting couples go shopping together even Home Bargains and Tesco are being brilliant and only let 1 at a time unless it is a child with an Adult Come on M& S your aisles aren't wide enough for social distancing with a couple and one person trying to avoid each other !!

My daughter gave me a jumper she had bought at M&S several months previously but never worn. After I had worn it twice (and not yet washed it) it started ‘bobbling’. I took it into M&S and was told that as it was VERY old stock they would refund £2.89, take it or leave it. What happened to the Marks and Sparks we were able to rely on?

Very poor quality clothes-cuff fastening on blouse broke on first trying on, material so thing you could see my bra underneath!! Also bought sandals the were very cheaply made-both being returned!! Won’t be purchasing again very disappointed as M&S used to be first place I’d shop for the high quality clothes-unfortunately not the case now!!

Bought your £12 meal deal on Friday which was made up of your apparently Best Steak Pie Ever . The second I cut into it I smelled a sickly sweet, smokey aroma. I hadn’t bother3d reading the ingredients as the package was named STEAK pie ! I immediately went to check the now empty box to find it had BACON included in the pie . I was very disappointed and could not eat any more and so this spoiled my Sunday lunch . Why you would put bacon in a steak pie stuns me and will be checking your ingredients more closely from now on. Very dissatisfied.

I Ordered flowers for my elderly mum in isolation to cheer her up as not seen anyone in weeks, they never arrived, could not speak to anyone waited over 45 mins on phone twice, emailed twice no reply, then 48 hrs later facebook message after i complained stating flowers were damaged in transit and would i like a refund or replacement delivery? What kind of service is that they are offering their repetitive customers? M&S have gone down in my estimations, they are no longer a reliable, reputable company they've lost their way im afraid...I'll think twice about shopping or using them in future...

Fabulous service today in High Wycombe Eden Walk. An older gentleman in the food section was so helpful and willing and professional.and a young lady on the exit to London TRd again was very helpful and willing. Really great service from them who both went over and above their duty, in every aspect. Thank you.

My husband ordered roses for our anniversary which were beautiful the only downfall is they didn’t arrive until 5pm so would advise that people have delivery the day before so as not to be disappointed on the morning of a special occasion

Visited my local Simply Food, Prestwich, Manchester on Saturday to do my Sister's weekly shop as she is in the vulnerable category. Queue with Covid was longer than usual taking 40 minutes to enter. As always shop very well stocked for its size and I got everything I needed. On reaching the till I was served by a delightful asst 'Jane ' who was warm, very bubbly, and gave fantastic customer service. Jane you are a credit to Marks & Spencer's.
